Marbella is the most famous upmarket holiday destination in Spain. It has something for everyone! Sandy golden beaches, hundreds of restaurants of all types, shopping, bars and nightlife. Only a few kilometres from the famous Puerto Banus.
Marbella area
The property is on the beachside of the Marbella town centre. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just outside the door, no car is necessary but if you have a car there is a public underground car park next to the building. The beach promenade of Marbella is about 12 km long and you can walk it all the way to Puerto Banus. The old town is a short walk away with lots of quality shopping as well as in the big shopping centre of La Cañada and famous restaurants.

From Malaga airport you can take a taxi to Marbella Centre or a bus directly to the Marbella bus station. You will need to take a taxi from the Marbella bus station to Marbella Centre (2 km). The Skol building is a well know place in Marbella. It is situated on the beach promenade write hand side of the tourist office.

Further details outdoors: Private and secure beachfront complex in the centre of Marbella. There is public secure undergroud parking 50 metres from the entrance. There is an English-run bar/cafe in the pool area with food and drinks served all day for residents only. A lifeguard is on duty throughout the summer months. There are two big pools in the tropical gardens that have a direct acess to the beach promenade. The Skol complex is not only on one of the best beaches of Marbella but is only a stroll from all the restaurants in the centre, 600 metres from the new modern shopping centre Plaza del Mar that hosts a multicinema, supermarket, restaurnats and more. The famous Old Town of Marbella is a 10 minutes walk away.

"Thank you very much indeed for the rental of the apartment. It was precisely what I needed, very central and well furnised. An apartment which has an Italian restaurant downstairs, an Irish pub next door, a pool on-site, a taxi rank around the corner as well as direct access to a Meditarenian beach would have to meet with the approval of many holidaymakers! I found all of the arrangements from reservation, to key collection and to refund of booking deposit to be particularly well aranged and hassle free. The apartment was stylish, relaxing and ideally located to the beach and town centre. The building is very secure & its pool / garden area is well maintained.
