This is a wonderful opportunity to rent a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom garden apartment in the popular development of Hacienda Playa IV, beach side Elviria. There is a lovely large covered terrace that leads out onto a small private garden and then onto the well kept pool area, as well as the large adult swimming pool there is also a small childrens pool . Comes with A/C hot and cold, utility room, underground parking, free to view channels and free WI-FI. Walking distance to the sandy beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and local transport. Ideal holiday destination!

Regarded as one of the best established developments in the area, all apartments are spacious and built to a high standard. The complex has excellent communal areas with well kept, mature gardens and safety fencing surrounding the pool area. Although the complex is extremely popular due to its reputation, even in the summer months, it is rarely overcrowded.
