About the home

This is a beautiful elevated ground floor apartment situated in one of the most sought after and highly regarded areas of the Costa del Sol, right in the heart of the Golden Mile between Marbella and Puerto Banus.
The development itself has direct access to the beautiful beaches and is in a secluded yet easily accessible area. There is a good size lounge with dining area that leads out onto an open terrace. You also have the Master bedroom which leads to the same terrace as the lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped and along with the 2nd and 3rd bedroom lead out to a wonderful decked terrace. The property is finished to a very high standard with marble flooring throughout, air conditioning (hot and cold).
Parking is communal and right in front of the apartment off the main road.
The development has 3 large pools and 1 childrens pool, with a beautiful water feature cascading through the centre of the urbanisation. Great location right on the Golden Mile of Marbella, between Marbella itself and the infamous Puerto Banus and there is 24 hour security all within a gated community. Ideal location for renting as close to everything!

Check in time is 4pm and Check out time is 10am, where possible we will try and accommodate earlier check in times and later check out times, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Rates are inclusive of bed linen and towels (including beach towels).

The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, glasses, crockery and cookware.
For an extra charge, maid service can be provided to suit you either daily or weekly etc..

For additional peace of mind our office is located very close to this property with friendly staff to help should it be required during your stay.

We also provide a meet and greet service as standard where a member of staff will take you to the property to ensure you know exactly where you are going.

This meet and greet service is free of charge between 9am and 9pm, then €25 up to 11pm and €50 thereafter.
