This luxury three bedroom apartment is situated in a beautiful and tranquil location, adjacent to the 17th fairway on the Los Arqueros golf course. The Los Arqueros golf course was designed by the internationally acclaimed golfer Seve Ballesteros. Just 10 minutes drive away is the fashionable harbour of Puerto Banus, studded with yachts, designer shops and fantastic restaurants. The town of Marbella, and Benhavis village (a mountain village filled with delightfull restaurants and shops), are also just a short drive away. The lounge/dining area is modern and spacious offering a 32" flat screen T.V. with 4 English channels and a D.V.D. player. This property offers fantastic sea and mountain views; El Lago has two beautifully maintained and enclosed swimming pools set in picturesque landscaped gardens. Both pools have parasols, sun loungers and showers, and one of the pools is heated.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol is Spain's foremost tourist destination and the fantastic climate throughout the year makes it perfect as a year round holiday destination. The area is well known for its fantastic restaurants and beautiful beaches. You will also find that it is fast becoming the "Costa del Golf" and if golf is your thing you will be spoilt for choice. Puerto Banus and Marbella have the designer shops, and lots of them! If sight seeing is you thing Rhonda is close by with its historic bull ring, and Gibraltar is accessible from this area.
Marbella / Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club area
The location of the apartment allows the freedom to explore the mountain villages, but still has easy access to the beaches of the Costa del Sol. You can enjoy a quiet holiday in a beautiful apartment with fantastic views, but are within reach of outdoor activities, busy night life, restaurants and shopping.
The Los Arqueros club house is a relaxed golf club, which welcomes families and children. How to get there
Fly to Malaga airport, the apartment is 47km from the airport. Cheap flights are available from easyjet all year round. Local taxis are available at the airport, although I would recommend hiring a car to get the most from your holiday. Easyjet offer discount on car hire if you book on the internet when booking flights.

Further details
A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to departure. Any holiday bookings agreed less than 8 weeks prior to departure will require full payment. Cancellations within the 8 week period before departure date will incur chargs as follows:- 8-4 weeks 50% of full cost of rental less than 4 weeks 100% of rental costs.
