About the home

This fantastic new apartment, situated only a ten minute walk to Elviria beach cannot fail to impress. Located within the delightful bright and modern Pino Golf complex, it offers a great range of local bars, shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The apartment has a large lounge/diner complete with sky TV, DVD player and a double sofa bed The lounge leads on to a large terraced balcony with excellent mountain views. There are two bedrooms made up as a twin and a master double which benefits from an on suite bathroom complete with Jacuzzi bath, both are fitted with large built in wardrobes. There is also an additional family bathroom. The modern kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer and oven and is finished off with polished granite worktops. The pool area has free sunbeds and two superb pools. This property really does have it all so don’t miss out and book early.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol is one of the most sought after locations in Spain . With Marbella and the famous Puerto Banus only 10 minutes away you can enjoy some of the best designer shops and admire some of the most prestigious yachts in the world. The port is a lively and friendly place with an excellent range of bars and restaurants which are perfect for a bit of celebrity spotting. For children there is a wide range of activities all within a 30 min drive including Tivoli Adventure Park, Selwo Dolphins and a great water park.

The Marbella / Elviria area

The apartment is situated only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the famous Nikki Beach Club. This ideal location is only a two minute walk from a range of bars and restaurants and with a local supermarket round the corner which is perfect to stock up with your essentials during your stay. The impressive Elviria beach is one of the most prestigious in the area with several fantastic beach bars perfect for an afternoon sangria.

“Excellent location, supermarkets at hand and fantastic restaurants!” Weather was the only disappointing thing, to be expected as as late Oct/early Nov!! Apartment was lovely, very clean and well presented with everything we needed. The location was fantastic, 2 supermarkets nearby (Super Sol, I think it was called, being a little further of the 2 but by far the cheaper) and a whole host of fantastic restaurants; recommended being The Playwright, The Steak Fondue Lounge, The Arte Cafe, The Taj Mahal and the Japanese Tepanyaki, all fabulous and allowed us to eat around the world, which is a favourite holiday pastime! Overall a great break, 10 mins from the beach and superb facilities; the booking process was simple and Alex was easy to deal with and very helpful & informative!

“Excellent Stay - Can't wait to return” My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Elviria. The apartment is a fantastic location for the local shops and restaurants/bars and about a 10 min walk or 2 min drive to the beach. The bus stop is right outside the apartment block and you can go to marbella one direction and fuengirola the other, all for 1 euro. They ran until late at night too.
