This townhouse offers three comfortable bedrooms with double beds, all with their own bathroom. The master bedroom has a with double bed, terrace and en-suite bathroom with double sinks and Jacuzzi.
The house extends over three floors; on the entrance floor, there is the kitchen and living room, the second floor has two bedrooms and finally the master bedroom is on the third floor. From the terrace and the balcony you have both lovely sea and mountain views.
At the entrance floor you find a spacious living room with dining table and sofas. The kitchen is open and faces the dining table and the rest of the living room. It is fully equipped and has everything needed; dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob and cutlery and crockery.
The dining table is for six people and in solid wood matched with blue chairs and a cupboard. The sofa and the two armchairs are facing the TV that has international channels. There is also a fireplace to heat up the cold afternoons in the winter and a Cd player.
The terrace is private and has a wooden table with chairs, this area has an awning protecting you from the sharp sun and lovely plants to give it a cosy feeling. There are also three sun beds and another small table.
From the terrace you access the communal pool, only a few meters away. There is one big swimming pool and one small children’s pool together with green areas to play or to have some sun.
