Our 315 sq m villa with private pool and jacuzzi is located in an elegant gated community with three additional pools and gourmet restaurant, A 5 min. drive to Marbella's 5 star Marbella Club Hotel. and 20 miles of beaches. Our exquisite three bedroom villa with an attached studio apartment (own entrance and bath) has an large eat in kitchen (owner is a gourmet cook) with a wall TV and antique table for family meals. Also on the ground floor are one double bedroom, with wall TV and connecting bathroom, a large living room with 60' wall TV, formal dining area, glassed in informal sitting area and a guest powder room. Upstairs is a large master suite with separate child play area and another double bedroom, both with connecting marble baths and separate dressing areas. Private closed garage plus secure parking inside the community are next to the house. Outdoor dining table seats 8.

Our house is ideal for six adults sleeping in the three double bedrooms, all with own bath. Additionally, we can accommodate up to two more in the studio (own bath) where the sofa bed sleeps one large adult or two two children! Our house is suitable for children, families are welcome. A separate playroom area for all ages with delightful children’s furniture is adjacent to the master bedroom. Dining: large table in formal dining area can seat 6 to 8, kitchen seating for 6 plus 2 counter stools, outdoor dining table seats 8 for al fresco meals! Relax informally in the covered porch on comfortable rattan sofa and armchairs or for more formal times, enjoy our elegant sitting room. Private enclosed garage on the property, plus one additional closed garage at bottom of community. Housekeeper: 2 hours of cleaning service twice weekly for a total of four hours included in weekly rate. Wi fi provided.

Two of the best tennis clubs in Spain are within a 5 minute drive. Over 40 golf clubs are within a 15 to 30 min drive.
No grocery shopping on arrival, enjoy the sun, pool, jacuzzi immediately! Our complimentary 'Welcome to our Home' package contains laundry soap, , hand soap, oil, vinegar, cooking spices, toilet paper, kitchen towels water, wine, beer, orange juice plus some wonderful Spanish magdalenas (muffins) for your breakfast. Our administrator Elena will meet you on your arrival at our house between the hours of 9am and 8pm, or at a central location if needed if you are driving, Our trustworthy taxi driver can meet you at the airport if required, (fee paid directly to him, aprox E85). Keys will be left with the security guard for after hours arrivals, in which case our administrator would meet you the next morning to welcome you and familiarize you with the property. We provide an information manual with tips for the area, operation of appliances etc.

If none of this inspires you, and you prefer a quiet beach with no-one around, you can be sure to find this in Costa del Sol too.
Costa del Sol boasts 7 Marinas with water sports and sailing facilities. All the ports offer basic services for sailers and some offer sailing schools to learn underwater diving.

With over 40 golf courses within a 15 to 20 minute drive, our area is rightly called La Costa del Golf! Less than a five minute drive to tennis at two of the best clubs in Spain, the Puente Romano and Manolo Sanatana clubs.
Marbella is multifaceted: it can be elegant, charming and old world; it can be sporty, sun filled beaches and a golfer's dream; a kids delight with animal safaris; a shoppers feast in Puerto Banus; or just a peaceful getaway around your private pool in our lovely home.
Marbella holds a special charm for visitors contrasting the sea, the mountains, and the famous 0ld Town with the Orange Square.

Marbella's ‘micro-climate’ lets you enjoy an average temperature of 19º C throughout the year, so eating all your meals under the sun or stars is sure to be your choice. Relax on comfortable rattan sofa and armchairs on our outdoor covered porch and enjoy Marbella's delightful climate while taking a break from the pool. Winters are mild, generally with little rain; summers are warm without being suffocating, the agreeable temperatures maintained by the sea breezes and the mountains surrounding us. On average, it is sunny more than 320 days a year. Our secluded tiled garden adapts equally to sunning around the pool, soaking in the Jacuzzi, eating all your meals al fresco, or just doing nothing! The upstairs bedrooms share a large terrace which runs the length of the house and overlooks the pool, and also provides you with magnificent views of the sea and the mountains. All ages can relax in the multi generational separate “play area” next to the master bedroom.

The service we received from the owner and Elena, who looks after the property for her was absolutely first rate. Nothing was too much trouble and their only concern was for us to have a great time. The villa it self is just as stunning as it looks in the pictures. It had absolutely everything we could have needed and the pool, was especially welcome. Everything is of a high standard and very well looked after. It is on a quiet very well maintained development with good security and an excellent restaurant (Sol i Luna) on site which is visited by people from all over the area. It is probably best to have a car to get up and down to the beach. You can walk if you are energetic. It is very easy to drive to either Marbella centre or Puerto Banus. We did both on different days. There are many excellent golf courses within easy reach, so if you want to play, this is a good base too. All in all , we had a wonderful time there and I would highly recommend this property.

- Our home is available for your holiday at a weekly rate of 1217 to 2087 pounds depending on the season. 25% of the total rental is required to hold the reservation, with the remainder due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of 870 pounds is required. Please note that the rate for Christmas, Dec 22nd to Jan 2and, and Easter , April 1 to April 14 th is 1565 pounds per week,
- Booking Conditions: 25% is payable at the time of booking to hold the reservation with the balance plus security deposit due 6 weeks before arrival.

- A security deposit of 870 pounds is payable with the final payment, and will be refunded within 14 days of departure subject to damages, breakages and return of the key etc.
- Our normal rental period is Saturday - Saturday but we will accomodate other changeover dates if we can. We rent by the week, but would consider a shorter rental, with the minimum being 4 days.
