The house has been fully renovated in 2011 and pleasantly decorated. It consists of a spacious sitting room with access to the terrace and the garden, plus a large kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary items for your stay. The kitchen leads to a pretty Andalusian courtyard, ideal for having breakfast or lunch.

The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with all the necessary bed linen.

The master bedroom leads directly to the terrace, which has an area of outdoor sofas and an outdoor dining area. Next to the terrace is the private sunlit garden. The indoor marble floors and traditional terrazzo floors of the terraces provide a constant feeling of freshness

The estate's communal areas boast expansive tropical gardens with everything you will need for your enjoyment: a swimming pool simulating a lake of large dimensions, children's pool, cascade, children's play area, 2 paddle tennis courts, social club with closed lounge and restaurant with terrace in the summer and 24-hour surveillance. An ideal spot for enjoying a few rounds of golf. 2.5 Km away are 3 of Marbella's best golf courses, the Golf Rio Real, Santa Clara Golf and Marbella Golf Club. There are 14 golf courses within a 15-Km radius, making this an optimal location for enjoying this sport throughout the year.

The centre of Marbella is 5 Km away, with its historic town filled with life, restaurants and fashion shops. Here you can visit the market with the freshest fish and the seaside promenade where luxury restaurants share the space with beach bars and where both tourists and Marbella's locals converge. Marbella is the heart of the Costa del Sol and here you will find everything you may need, both the exclusivity of Puerto Banús and the shopping centres of La Cañada and Plaza del Mar or the peaceful municipal parks. You can also visit its numerous museums and monuments, the castle and churches and its narrow cobbled streets.

Mountain lovers will enjoy the Sierra Blanca, the mountain that overlooks Marbella and protects it, providing it with a characteristic micro climate that gives it the pleasantest temperatures all year long: radiant sunlight without the sweltering heat of the rest of Spain and protection from the cold winters of the peninsula.

The roads that link up these villages pass through beautiful landscapes, both in the mountains and along the coast, where you can visit the Artola Dunes in Cabopino, the only protected space on the Costa del Sol.
