The large living room, furnished with a 4 seater sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV, hosts also a dining area with a round table for four persons. The dining area is connected through a pass-through window with the modern, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all new Teka appliances and utensils for a comfortable stay: oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, vitro ceramic, toaster, washer/dryer.
A small hall takes you to both bedrooms. Master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, spacious wardrobes, a large window overlooking the pool area and a glass door exiting on the private terrace. Master bedroom has a modern ensuite bathroom with glass shower cabin.
Guest bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed, spacious wardrobes and a large window overlooking the garden. Guest bathroom, fitted with bathtub, is right next to the guest bedroom.
From the living room and master bedroom you have access to a lovable terrace that opens directly into the garden. Its 10m2 offer you enough room to enjoy your meals outdoors and from here you have direct access to the community garden and pool.

Alicate Playa is a private and secured development, consisting of 6 phases. The apartment is located in the second phase, at just 150m from the beach. Inside the neighborhood you'll find an oasis of tropical trees, palm trees and colorful Mediterranean flowers surrounding the pool placed in the middle of the neighborhood.
The neighborhood has video surveillance and all entrances have security code with Interphone. You also have access to four paddle tennis courts.
Alicate Playa beach is located at just 150m from the apartment. The beach is covered in fine sand, the water is clean and during summer the entire beach is daily cleaned both manually and mechanically. Right on the beach, in front of the neighborhood, you have Los Sardinales restaurant, specialized in fish dishes, from where you can also rent sunbeds and umbrellas. In the area you'll find other beach restaurants and chiringuitos.
The nearest supermarket is Supersol, at 1.5km from the apartment. From Supersol you can buy fresh vegetables, fresh baked bread, fresh fish and other products. In 5km you have Elviria shopping area, the biggest shopping center from Marbella East side. Here you can find two supermarkets (SuperSol and OpenCor), grocery shops, pharmacy, hairdressers, bars and restaurants. In just 6km (5min drive) you have other two local supermarkets, Mercadona and Lidl.
One of the biggest shopping mall in Costa del Sol is located at a 10min (9km) drive from Alicate Playa. Here you'll find everything you need, from food to clothing or electro-domestic stores.
Marbella city center is at just a 15 min drive and the old town is stuffed with cozy shops and cafeterias where i'm sure you'll have a good time.
As for restaurants, the nearest one is Los Sardinales, where they serve fish dishes and both traditional and international cuisine.
There are lots of things for you to do and not having to go too far from Alicate Playa. Within 9km you reach the hidden pearl of Costa del Sol, Puerto Cabopino. It's a small but enchanting harbor with pretty port, with its small boatyard, attractive architecture and a large choice of restaurants.
For golf lovers, there are two renowned golf courses within just 2km, Marbella Golf and Country Club and Santa Clara Golf.
Of course, Marbella city center and old town are a must see and you reach Marbella center in just 10 min (8km).
Puerto Banus is the main attraction on Costa del Sol, known as the pole of luxury and parties. In 20 minutes drive you'll reach one of the most famous harbors on Costa del Sol. It has berths for 915 boats, including those of the King of Saudi Arabia and several of the world's wealthiest people. Its streets are lined with expensive luxury boutiques like Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, and others.
