Set over four floors this 6 bedroom house is 100mts from the beach and the waterfront walk on a pedestrianised street in the old fishermans quarters of Marbella, minutes walk to the old town. The house is split into two apartments - two bedroom ground floor apartment and four bedroom top floor apartment.
At entrance level (ground floor) there is the independent two bedroom apartment. With its own separate front door, the top floor apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the 1st floor. Stairs lead up to the 2nd floor to an open plan living area with kitchen, wc, living room and doors onto shaded terrace. From there terrace there are stairs leading up to the roof terrace with views of the mountain and the church spire where the 4th ensuite bedroom is based. All fully air conditioned with Sky TV, washing machine, dish washer and fridge freezer. Stair gates on most stairs.
Shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are all within a short walk leaving you free to enjoy a car free break. There is also a good SPA about 50 metres from the apartment.
Internet available at the property (WIFI and cable).
Cot and high chair can be arranged with prior notice.

"More than satisfied"
We were a group of five women and were a little apprehensive about renting a vacation property as it was a first for all of us.
I can only say we were totally happy with the house. When we arrived the housekeeper was there to greet us with keys and showed us about the house. Henriette had left several pages of detailed information about the house and area that was quite helpful.
It is located on a lovely little pedestrian street and is 5 minutes walking to the beach or 5 minutes to the old town. The location could not be beat. Also, there is a supermarket just across the street as well as as some small cafes for morning coffee.
We rented both the upstairs and downstairs of the house. It was very spacious for 5 people. There were 4 bathrooms as well as half bathroom off living room. The house was very well equipped with washers, dryer and dishwasher. As well, there was plenty of utensils if you wanted to cook. The air conditioning worked very well and there was always plenty of hot water. A big plus was having two decks for sitting out in morning and evening. The area is very quiet at night. We all found the beds to be comfortable. As well, the free Wifi worked great on all house levels.
We all said that if we were to return to Marbella we would not hesitate to rent this property again.

"Great apartment in convenient location"
We stayed as a group of 5 girls and had a great time at Casa Casita. The location was perfect - on the edge of the old town (less than 5 mins to orange square), 2 mins to the bus stop for bus to Puerto Banus, 3 minutes to the beach, and 5 minutes to the main strip of bars. The apartment was comfortable and sociable, with kitchen/ dining/living area, and a large terrace for eating and sunbathing. Henriette was very easy to contact and helpful - suggesting things to visit and even booking a taxi for us. Would definitely stay again.

"A fantastic house in a wonderful location!"
8 of us stayed at this property for a long (Hen) weekend.
The house is well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, digital tv and loads more).
The location was perfect for our needs, within 5 minutes walk from the beach or Marbella old town.
Great value for money as there are enough beds for 10 people. Henriette, the owner was super helpful and answered any queries we had, and immediately.
All in all a great place to stay for large groups and families alike.

"Excellent stay at Casa Casita"
I travelled with 8 other females at the end of April 2013 and each one of us loved Casa Casita. The roof terrace was a sun trap and more than adequately fit 9 females sunbathing. There was loads of room in the property for us and it was just like a home from home. The location is perfect with only a short walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Communication with the owner was great and the whole process from booking to checking out was without hassle. Would definitely recommend Casa Casita to any groups travelling to Marbella!

"Fantastic villa within a stones throw of the beautiful old town of Marbella."
This villa is huge, and was more than big enough for our group of 12-13 adults. It is clean, well presented and has all the facilities you'd hope for 9Wifi included, plus we were also left left with some making for a brew!). There are 3 different levels (with the third being a private little retreat) and a nice roof terrace. There are loads of bathrooms which were very handy and stopped any fighting over who was first in! It is situated only minutes from the beach, where bars/restaurants of Marbella old town are a plenty. It is also only a short ride into the beautiful Puerto Banus.
Overall, a great place to stay, with everything on your doorstep. Definitely recommended.

"Quality Spanish Experience at the Heart of Marbella"
Excellent location (Convenience store 1 min. Beach, old town, all day store, bus stop, hospital 3 min. Supermarket 5 min)
Traditional style Spanish home, with modern equipment
The sun terrace on the roof is brilliant; must be one of only a few in old Marbella. (except you don't get the sun in the first and last hour of the day because of the high rise buildings along the beachfront; but for the rest of the day you don't even need to go out!)
