Marbella / Golden Mile area
Stretching from Marbella to the Port of Puerto Banus, the Golden Mile is home to some of the most prestigious and impressive homes along this stretch of coast. Our apartment is situated within one of the most affluent areas of the Golden Mile, with the King's Palace only a stones throw away. It is set in a tranquil location yet is only minutes away from a fine selection of shops, restaurants and 5 star Hotels, including the Gvadalpin, the Marbella Club Hotel, and the world famous Puente Romano. There are also supermarkets close by as well as a 24 hr garage and chemist.
For golfers there are too many courses to mention, you could play a different course every day - it really is a golfers paradise.
Marbella Old Town with its choice of restaurants and cafes is an ideal place to sit and watch the world go by under the shade of the orange trees. Or why not take a stroll along the beach, where restaurants and tapas bars spill out onto the promenade.
Another must for people watching is Puerto Banus - the place to see and be seen! The marina is lined with a superb selection of restaurants and designer boutiques and is home to some of the most luxurious boats - it is not hard to see why Puerto Banus has become a playground for the rich and famous!
If you get bored of the glitz and glamour then why not take a trip to Granada, Ronda, Seville or Gibraltar, all very manageable in a day. You can even go skiing in the Sierra Nevada or take a shopping trip across to Morocco - the possibilities are endless.

Buses: there is a very good airport bus direct from the airport to marbella which is less than 4 euros and is comfortable and is equipped with aircon, and then take a short taxi ride from marbella bus station to Coto Real.

Conditions
A deposit of 25% is required to be paid at the time of booking in order to secure the booking. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks before the arrival date (apart from late bookings which can be arranged). It is recommended that you take out holiday insurance at the time of booking in case of cancellation.
A security deposit will be required of £250 against any breakages or damage. This will be refunded within 14 days of your stay providing everything is in order.
