Located in leafy Hacienda las Chapas, the most exclusive residential area on the Costa Del Sol, Villa Viñales is just three minutes drive /nine minutes walk to some of Marbella´s most beautiful beaches, as well as restaurants, supermarkets, etc.

The house features a gym, large outdoor pool (10x5m with Roman entrance) and lovely garden with ample terrace for sun loungers.
This lovely property has full A/C / heating, SKY, 47" flat screen TVs, free-hispeed symmetrical internet connection, Wifi, XBOX 360, Kinect (with Dance central and other games) and Nintendo Wii Fit.
The villa is comprised of a most attractive spacious lounge, and dining room which open onto a beautifully furnished terrace leading down to the pool and garden area with beautiful South-African-style pergola.
The large lounge - adjoins the lovely dining room which seats 10 people.
The state of the art Kitchen has every appliance imaginable and there is even a hand built tandoori oven outside.
The very large master bedroom has a walk in closet and full en-suite bathroom.
There are 4 further bedrooms - one with king size bed + en-suite, , one with twin beds + en-suite, and a smaller room - possibly more suited for children with single + pull out bed.
The 4th bedroom is actually a second lounge / cinema room with substantial double sofa bed.
The villa is tastefully furnished throughout.

Secure private parking is also available if your car is a 4x4. There is 24 hour security with onsite patrols and cars. The Villa is located at Hacienda Las Chapas which has some of the best security available on the Costa Del Sol.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world and is made up of the coastal towns and communities in the western part of Málaga province in the south of Spain, in the autonomous region of Andalusia. Its name means "Coast of the sun" in English. Some claim this is because it has the best weather in Europe.
Traditionally composed of fishing villages, the area was discovered for international tourism in the 1950s and has since been a popular destination not only for its beaches, but also its culture.
The Costa del Sol caters for young and old alike, offering a host of entertainment choices for the native and visitor alike. The coast boasts one of the highest concentrations of world class golf courses, to the extent that it is often dubbed "The Costa del Golf". For families there are theme parks, including water parks, go-karting, safari parks and many beautiful public gardens and beautiful nature.
The areas history dates back to the Phoenicians and has since been inhabited by Greeks, Romans and Moors, all of whom have left their mark on the areas architecture and culture. The Costa and the Malaga province are home to some of the finest Flamenco shows, bull fighting & tapas restaurants.
Málaga is the capital of the Spanish province of the same name. The painter Pablo Picasso, the 19th-century Spanish politician Antonio Canovas del Castillo, and the actor Antonio Banderas were born in Málaga. Pablo Picasso is the city's famous son (not counting Antonio Banderas of course!) and there are several galleries showing his work, including the 16th century Museum of Fine Arts, adjacent to the Cathedral. His birthplace in Plaza Merced is today an archive of his life and works and open to the public; the entrance is absolutely free.
Also worth a visit is the nearby castle which was rebuilt by the Moors and is today a traditional parador with superb panoramic views.
Garden lovers won't be disappointed in Malaga. In the centre of the city is the beautiful Alameda Gardens, and just outside on the way to Antequera one finds the extensive Jardines de la Concepcion.

Las Chapas has long been recognised as one of Marbella's most prestigious suburbs. This lovely urbanisation is only 11 kilometres from the heart of Marbella , very close to Elviria and the beautiful marina and beaches of Puerto Cabopino. It is ideally located for holiday guests wishing to benefit - not only from Marbella and of course - the unforgettable Puerto Banus - but also to enjoy the facilities available in nearby Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos and of course our province's capital - Malaga. Las Chapas is an approximate 30 minute drive from Malaga Airport- accessed either by the coastal A7 / N340 or the peaje ( toll road) E15. Las Chapas is mostly comprised of high end luxury villas, and aside from the excellent shops, bars and restaurants nearby - has a truly beautiful beach. Public transport passes by the entrance to the urbanisation. Within a 15 minute drive of our Las Chapas Villa - there are no fewer than 10 world class golf courses.

From my initial contact with Jason (the villa owner) until after we arrived back home Jason genuinely could not do enough for us (a family group of 12) he worked really hard to make our stay perfect for example I asked Jason if be could recommend a butcher that was open when we arrived on Christmas eve,Jason kindly offered to purchase the meat ! On arrival the fridge was stocked for our Christmas dinner including two bottles of wine ! The stunning villa was perfectly presented the images do not do it justice the position was perfect with plenty of shops bars and restaurants all within a pleasant walk or short drive as was the beach, we have stayed in many villas in Spain but by far this is the best if your looking for a stunning villa in the perfect location this is it ! Thank you Jason for being the perfect host ... |
