NEW luxuriously furnished 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom duplex penthouse apartment in prime position with spectacular views from a spacious south-westerly facing 'sunshine' terrace over Elviria, the Coast and the Mediterranean Sea. There are 2 swimming pools - one is smaller and quiet and the other large and exciting.

Marble floors throughout, large lounge and superbly equipped kitchen add to the comforts of this excellent Elviria apartment in the Los Lagos development which is surrounded by protected cork tree woodlands.

Elveria is the unspoiled haven of the Costa del Sol that many say has the very best sandy beaches of the whole of the Costa del Sol, and is set against a backdrop of stunning mountains and is central to visit nearby Marbella, Puerto Banus, Fuengirola etc. Nearby is the famous Nikki beach and a short drive away there's a water park, safari park, zoo, casino, markets and beach clubs for a champagne lunch treat of freshly caught seafood! A day trip to either Ronda, Granada, Seville, Cordoba or Gibraltar is a must! For golfers the terrace also overlooks the beautiful fairways of the Santa Maria Golf Club and there are another 45 courses on the Costa del Sol.

The Costa del Sol region

320 days a year of sunshine speaks for itself and means the Costa del Sol is the perfect all year round coast to visit with the virtual certainly of hot summers and warm winters.

The area around Elviria has everything you could want to make your holiday varied and interesting. The town of Marbella presents both the old and new faces of the Costa del Sol and is just a 15 minute drive along the coast road which has more fine beaches, restaurants, bars and great shopping. El Casco Antigo, Marbella's charming Old Town, is a warren of whitewashed streets with authentic tapas bars and is a vibrant place to visit day or night. And don't miss Marbella's famous Orange Square!

Further afield you can easily reach the historic mountain towns of Rhonda and Granada or take a bit longer and go to Sevilla or Gibraltar or even across the Mediterranean to Tangiers. The quaint seaside fishing town of Nerja along the coast is another 'must see' as are Andalucia's nearby scenic mountains.

Elviria has the best sandy beaches on the coast. A few minutes drive to the east is La Cala, a relatively quiet fishing village with market stalls in the evening and a big market on Wednesdays and Saturdays with local crafts and produce on sale. This contrasts with nearby Fuengirola with its lively bars, restaurants, clubs and nightlife. To the west is Marbella, the largest town this side of Malaga, with its Old Town, shops and commercial centre. Along this stretch of the coast there is karting, a zoo, aqua park, Tivoli World and numerous other things to do - there's even a mountain cable car!

A short drive inland takes you to the quaint mountain village of Mijas with its narrow streets and white painted houses, donkey rides and small restaurants.

This apartment is just 35 minutes from Malaga airport via the motorway. You can either take a taxi from outside Arrivals, hire a self-drive car or we can arrange a chauffeur service to whisk you from airport to apartment. There is also a bus service.

Airlines to Malaga include easyJet, Aer Lingus, Ryanair, Monarch, British Airways, Iberia, BMIbaby depending on your airport of departure. Full directions to the apartment are sent with all bookings.

75% of the rental is paid 6 weeks before the first date of the reservation.

For lets of 6 nights or less 3 nights will be at the weekend rate and the remaining nights at the weekday rate.

A damage/breakages deposit of one third of the equivalent of one weeks rent is payable 6 weeks before the first date of the reservation and is refundable within 7 days of last day of the reservation (subject to a satisfactory check-out).

The rental includes Wi Fi Internet, all utilities including electricity, bedding, linen, bathroom towels, pool towels and normal cleaning after checking out.

Check in time is 4pm onwards or earlier if the apartment is not occupied the previous night.

Check out time is by 11am or later if the apartment is not occupied the night following your departure.

Smoking is allowed ONLY the terrace.
