The apartment is newly renovated and furnished. 4 large bedrooms, 3 with their own bathrooms and access to the balcony. The kitchen has all new appliances and all new kitchenware and utensils. There is a dining area inside for 10 persons and a new TV lounge.

The most fantastic feature of the apartment is the massive terraces. There is a large terrace with exti from the living room and 2 of the bedroooms with 2 seating areas. There are stunning views of the sea and mountains and the beautiful tropic garden.
In addition you can walk up the stairs and enter the huge roof terrace from the penthouse lounge. On the roof terrace there is a 360 degree panoramic view where you can gaze at both the sea and the mountains at the same time. Furthermore there is a large new Weber BBQ and a built in open air cooking area. There is outside seating for 10 persons, a bar area, new sunbeds with a large parasol and an outside shower.
