Located in the well renowned El Manantial luxury complex in Elviria close to the Santa Maria Golf Course. Ideal for Golf-breaks with several nice golf courses in close range.

The urbanization of El Manantial, Elviria has proved extremely popular with not only Spaniards but from others across Europe when looking to purchase a holiday home on the Costa del Sol. This is down to the fact that it is ideally situated allowing access to a variety of different amenities and attractions.

The gated development of El Manantial is just a short distance away from the golf course known as Santa Maria and also from the heart of Elviria. Here you will find a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars, plus places to get your hair done or clothes cleaned. Elviria’s wonderful beach can easily be reached either by car or walking.

The apartments and penthouses the development of El Manantial have been constructed and finished to a high standard in the Andalucía Style. So of course ensuring that the interior of the properties remain relatively cool when the sun its height in the summer months.

As well as being surrounded by wonderfully landscaped tropical gardens, every property within El Manantial has spectacular views not only of the mountains behind but also the Mediterranean Sea in front. Being close to the beach there are plenty of great water sports you can try and also a number of companies will provide tours that allow you to explore more of the countryside surrounding this development either by jeep, quad bike or buggy.

The apartment is newly renovated and furnished. 4 large bedrooms, 3 with their own bathrooms and access to the balcony. The kitchen has all new appliances and all new kitchenware and utensils. There is a dining area inside for 10 persons and a new TV lounge.

Further details outdoors:
The most fantastic feature of the apartment is the massive terraces. There is a large terrace with exti from the living room and 2 of the bedroooms with 2 seating areas. There are stunning views of the sea and mountains and the beautiful tropic garden.

In addition you can walk up the stairs and enter the huge roof terrace from the penthouse lounge. On the roof terrace there is a 360 degree panoramic view where you can gaze at both the sea and the mountains at the same time. Furthermore there is a large new Weber BBQ and a built in open air cooking area. There is outside seating for 10 persons, a bar area, new sunbeds with a large parasol and an outside shower.
