Villa Blue is a modern luxury villa with five large bedrooms and four bathrooms. It has two top terraces with outstanding views with seating areas offering privacy for our guests to enjoy some me time.
It also has a huge communal terrace where you can meet up with your fellow guests and family members with access from the main living room, master bedroom, kitchen and other terraces.
The pool area is fabulous with decking and sunbeds offering a wealth of relaxation and peace yet perfect for pool parties and eating alfresco!
The pool area and gardens are totally private and cannot be seen from outside of the villa.
It is a very quite area yet within easy distance of Marbella Town, Puerto Banus and many other local attractions.
You can walk to the beach and local shops in ten minutes or a taxi will arrive within minutes as the rank is very close by. There is plenty to do along the coast for children, Funny Beach is great for go karting and water sports and .La Cañada is very close by for shopping it is a
Modern mall with a good range of shops, from designer stores such as Adolfo Dominguez to high-street names like The Body Shop. There are many different Elviria restaurants offering everything from traditional Spanish food to modern global cuisine,

The villa is equipped to a high standard. All the bedrooms have TV with WI-fi available at no extra cost.
The villa is on four levels offering guest privacy and space.
The kitchen is stunning with granite walls incorporating top German appliances.
The villa offers total privacy surrounded by trees and plants within an area which is very peaceful.
The inside of the property is immaculate with stark decor and clean lines.
There is an indoor balcony area where you can really appreciate the uniqueness of the architecture and all the style in which this wonderful villa has to offer.

To the front of the Villa there is a top terrace with a fountain where you can relax with seating .
This area can be accessed from the 5th bedroom as well as the front area of the property.
The pool area is completely decked with sunbeds so you can relax or dance the night away.
There are six private terraces in total allowing the villa to spread its guests around easing relaxation.
There is secure parking for your car within the property and also a private parking area outside.
From the top terrace there are clear views out to the Med where you can often see the coastline of Africa.
There are also sea views from two other terraces.

The Costa del Sol region
With over 330 days of sunshine a year and scorching summers with long warm evenings, Marbella has become the envy of all !The area has been awarded with national and international prizes for security and cleanliness, and the glamorous celebrities who holiday or choose to live here are a tribute to this transformation. Marbella is the jewel in the Spanish tourist crown. The old town oozes with charm and is well worth a visit with its beautiful parks, Andalusian cafés, musical fountains and narrow cobbled streets. The Beaches are amazing and the best voted beach is of course in Elviria which is also where Nikki Beach is based. From Villa Blue you can reach the beach within minutes by car or you can stroll down at your leasure! Clubs and culture... Along the cosmopolitan "Sun Coast" there are many English theatres and cinemas, as well as numerous bridge, chess and social clubs catering to nearly every nationality. Culture is well catered for in the form of classical plays, concerts and ballets, frequently held in an amphitheatre surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Two magnificent casinos, superb entertainment complexes and a new shopping centre, as well as a safari park, water parks, theme parks, beautiful beaches, swimming pools and fitness centres galore really give you a feel for what the Costa del Sol has to offer.
The Marbella / Elviria area
Elviria has many attractions but the most memorable are the beaches for they were awarded for being the best on the coast! The Don Carlos is a well known five star hotel very near to the Villa Splendido where you can dine around a huge pool or you can take a walk down onto Nikki beach where you can lunch,drink and dance the night away. There are many places of interest around and some amazing golf courses such as the Santa Maria Golf And Country Club in Elviria. Also for golfers there are the Elviria Hills with golf club and restaurants. For the more lively there are many bars, cafes and restaurants at hand where you can have fun or chill depending on your needs. The Beach House is a fabulous cool restaurant where you can fine dine in style based close to Nikki Beach and sign posted so you will easily find it.

Malaga airport is a very easy airport to reach all budget airlines arrive there from nearly all country's in Europe, the most popular and cheapest being Easyjet, Ryanair, Thomson and Monarch.
There are three terminals at Malaga Airport which are just a few minutes walk from each other and connected by travelators, lifts and escalators.
Elviria, Marbella is around a 40 minute drive from the airport and around 60 euros by taxi.
You can also hire a car from the airport for very reasonable rates.
The car hire desks are located on the ground floor arrivals area of the new Terminal 3 at Malaga Airport.
Here are a list of car hire companies to choose from : Aurigacrown, Autolido,Avis,
Europcar, Goldcar, Hertz, National Atesa, Recordgo, Sixt and Sol-Mar.
Hertz are the cheapest if you book via Ryanair!
Villa Blue is a simple pleasant drive and takes little time to reach (. 35 - 45 mins )
You can follow the signs to Cadiz, N340-E15 until you reach directons Torremolinos and Cadiz N340 then Join the main N340 taking the slip road for Benalmadena N340-A7- E15 follow the coast road all the way untill you see a sign for Nikki's Beach .. take this exit for Elviria and continue right till you see roundabout, continue straight up Av Espana .. you will see roundabout then take left exit continue and you then will take the second right exit you will see a sign for fashion villa .. continue all the way up the hill and villa Blue is on the right.
From taking the exit at elviria it is no more than 5 mins to the villa.

On initial enquiry the vendor of the villa couldn't have been more helpful however, once the booking was secured unfortunately the service went down hill. We can provide a cleaning service whilst you stay in the villa. a welcome pack of different values according to taste offering all the essentials on arrival. There is also a babysitting service at hand but at least two weeks notice will be required for your security.. Payment can be paid into a Barclay's account in the UK or a Spanish Solbank account or Paypal.
The villa comfortably sleeps 15 but can easily accommodate 18
