About the home

This period villa sits in its own very private gardens. Approached via automatic gates, there is private parking for up to 3 cars. The villa comprises very spacious open plan living area, opening onto a partially covered large terrace adjacent to the pool. There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. The master bedroom also gives on to the terrace, has masses of built-in wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom.

A further double bedroom and cloakroom/WC complete the ground floor. The first floor has two double bedrooms each with en-suite bath/shower room. They both open onto a balcony with magnificent views over gardens, pool and Los Naranjos golf course.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol has the best weather in Europe. The area stretching west from Marbella to Sotto Grande near Gibraltar is particularly attractive with many wonderful beaches, beach bars and restaurants.

The Marbella / Aloha Golf area

Marbella is 7 minutes away and is a truly international resort which has always attracted the rich and famous since the Marbella Club was first set up by royalty more than fifty years ago. The old town is what gives Marbella its very distinctive character and is perfect for lunch and shopping.

The night life of Puerto Banus is 5 minutes away and there is a wide selection of shops and restaurants within three minutes drive.

The villa is on Los Naranjos golf course and is 2 minutes from Aloha, Las Brisas and Los Naranjos Golf Clubs.

Malaga airport (AGP) is 45 minutes driving time. Taxis, or a bus service to Marbella are available, but a hire car is recommended.

Nearly all the budget airlines in the UK fly to Malaga. Ryanair and Monarch are among the most convenient.
Autos Navarro on 0034 952770447 offer a convenient and quick exit from the Airport and auto-Europe.co.UK offer a good 'shop around' pre-booking service.
