Rustic Large 7 bed, 4 bath villa, 12 kilometres from Marbella centre. 1,700m2 mostly flat plot. Wheelchair access. Private garden, sea views. Sat TV, DVD and CD player. Located next to Cabopino 18 hole golf course, opposite beautiful Cabopino Marina and award winning beach. Large swimming pool, with bar, barbecue and dining area.

There are a wealth of spacious terraces that allow for both sun and shade. Also a small gym, pool table, football table and table tennis table. Tranquil Koi and turtle pond area. Spacious lounge with real fireplace and dining area with fire effect fireplace. Ample sized bedrooms with 3 en-suite.

Smoking is only allowed outdoors.

Rustic large bungalow type 7 bed villa with a dorm style bedroom with private terrace upstairs, very open villa with 4 or 5 different areas to relax, the large pool and garden area with covered bar and bbq, or a Tranquil Koi and turtle pond area, there is an enclosed court yard and a very private large sun trap at the rear of the house, you can have sun or shade all day at this beautiful villa. 5 minutes walk to beach, bars and cafes. on the main bus route to Marbella and Malaga.

We can also arrange for a chef, hairdresser, beautician and a masseur to visit the villa should you require it.

We can also assist with airport collection and drop off and also Car & Coach hire.

Cabopino Golf sits among the pines trees in the hills above the marina. The greens are relatively large with platforms and are kept in excellent condition.

The course has a fabulous restaurant, club house and practice facilities where club and buggy rental are available together with the custom club making facility on site. Cabopino, 0 minutes. La Siesta, 5 minutes. La Noria, 10 minutes.

The Marbella / Cabopino area

Cabopino is the costa del sols best kept secret, the best beaches on the costa, a beautiful port with lovely restaraunts and bars, one of the best golf course.Cabopino is on of the best addresses in Marbella and probably Spain, with its miles and miles of blue flag sandy beaches, and top class fish, Italian, Spanish infact every type of restaurant within the picture postcard Port and just a short trip into Marbella.

Marbella's motto is "A Way of Life" and, certainly, this luxurious resort town seems to have it all and is, once again, rising to the fore as a favourite location with the rich and famous, as well as more ordinary folk who are willing to pay just a little bit extra for southern Spain's answer to St Tropez.

With Ronda, Granada, Cordoba and Seville all connected by the new toll roads you can now really explore the region of Andalucia. Gibraltar is also just 50 minutes from Marbella and well worth a day trip to the island.

“Beautiful, relaxing and spacious” The villa is stunning and only a 10 min walk to the beach and marina. Although with small children this can be longer! The outside bar/pool/dining area is perfect for socialising and the lounge is huge, if you wanted to spend anytime indoors. The contacts for this villa are really laid back, so don't expect answers to emails to be immediate, however, they are completely trustworthy. The minibus they arranged for us was by far the cheapest we found and the driver was such a laugh, he got us in the holiday spirit immediately. Below it asks if I would recommend it to families with young children. We had a 2 yr old with us and were fine. Keep an eye on them round the fish pond and pool, but the property is very secure so we felt safe when he was in bed and we were outside. Although there are things within walking distance, you may want to hire a car to widen your choice. The shops are a little too far to walk back from with heavy groceries, but taxi fare was cheap. Overall, a great place.
