About the home

This beautiful villa is situated in the heart of Marbella and is walking distance to all that prestigious Marbella has to offer, to include the historic Old Town, designer shops and some of the best cuisine in the Mediterranean.

Upon approach to the villa it is completely secure with high walls and electric gates to the driveway leading down to the garage allowing secure parking for up to 3 cars. The ground floor consists of an extensive lounge complete with 42" Plasma (full Sky package) and leads directly into the gardens. The kitchen was refitted in 2011 and is as new with all the appliances you could wish for to included a huge double stainless steel finish fridge complete with ice maker and all finished off with polished granite work tops.

The dining room boasts exquisite handmade reproduction furniture and allows seating for up to 12 people in an outstanding setting. Also on this level is an additional TV room for the children and a full bathroom.
The first floor offers a wonderful master bedroom with extensive fitted wardrobes , private terraces with sea views and bright modern bathroom complete with a jacuzzi bath. Also on this floor are 3 further bedrooms 2 twins, 1 double and a further full bathroom.
The second floor has a spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, private terrace and great views across Marbella and down to the sea.

The lower floor has stunning cinema room with seating for up to 6 along with state of the art technology. There is also a great games room / bar which offers, pool table, table tennis, table football and a punch bag to work off any extra calories. There are 2 additional bedrooms here one made up as as a double ensuite, the second as a bedroom suite with lounge area and 2 twin beds. There is a private entrance if required.

This peaceful location is central to all the Costa del Sol has to offer with something for every one of all ages, from designer shops to some of the best restaurants on the coast, not to mention the outstanding Marinas with some of the most beautiful yachts in the Mediterranean. For the children within a 10 minute drive there is Selwo Safari Park, while within a 15 minute drive they can enjoy the Sea World Centre at Benalmadena Marina or perhaps the Dolphins at Selwo close by , further on at Torremolinas there is Tivoli Adventure World, a huge water park or for the more adventurous the crocodile park! All in all, something for every one.
