The house has three large bedrooms and a fourth single bedroom. The four bedrooms have en-suite facilities with basin, bath/shower, bidet and WC.
The Master bedroom has a big bed and the invited bedroom has two beds, both having charming Juliet balconies overlooking the pool and grounds. The third room, with a great independence, has four beds, a big solarium and beautiful views over the sea. Ideal for children or for everybody. The forth bedroom, in the ground floor, have a single bed and its own complete bathroom.
Besides this, the house has a big and comfortable dining room and also another room for games. Both salons with TV and DVD, all connected via satellite.
The kitchen, with very nice views to the garden, is absolutely equipped. In any case ask and you will have. A courtesy toilette is in the main floor.
Air-conditioning is provided in all rooms and winter guests can use the same system to heat the rooms on those cooler winter nights. All the linen are supplied. Also a big garage place with direct access to the house.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with Microwave, Fridge-Freezer, Hob (Range-top), Dishwasher, Washing Machine, ample cupboards with crockery, cutlery and glasses provided. The lounge is fully equipped with TV, Radio, DVD, Free 54 channel cable TV, a fireplace, luxurious dining table with six chairs, plus superb sofa and chairs. An enclosed garden and terrace, reached by large sliding doors from the lounge, is perfect for a quiet alfresco meal.

The beach at Los Monteros (this area of Marbella) is a superb Sandy beach a few steps from your front door, with wonderful safe bathing. You do not have to cross any roads to get to the beach here! .The warm shallow sea is perfect for children. There are numerous “chiringuitos” (beach restaurants) and bars within walking distance along the beach in both directions. If you stroll to Marbella along the beach it will take around 45 minutes - normally longer, as you will pass some bars along the way, (and walking is thirsty work!) If you take a taxi back from Marbella expect to pay around 9 Euros.
Whatever sport you wish is available close by Las Dunas. Championship Golf Courses abound, (there are three (Santa Clara, Rio Real and Marbella Golf Club) almost within walking distance) Kite surfing is often seen on breezy days off the beach. There is Water skiing, Windsurfing, Scuba diving - all in the area, and in the winter (November to Mid-April) snow skiing 2 hours away near to Granada. (It is possible in Spring to snow ski in the morning & water ski in the sea in the afternoon.) A car here is highly recommended, and there is an underground garage, for 2 cars, with direct access to the house, from your own garage.

The Costa del Sol region
Most visitors flying into the province of Malaga are hugely unaware of the attractions and rich history of the city itself. In brief, originally Phoenician, then Roman until being taken by the Moors in 711 and becoming the port of the Kingdom of Granada until taken by the Christians in 1487.Historical ruins include the Moorish palace (Alcazaba), a Roman theatre and the Gibralfaro Castle. Other places of interest include the Plaza de Toros, a botanic garden which started 150 years ago and the Cathedral which dates back to 1528. Malaga is the birthplace of Pablo Picasso and so you will find the Picasso Museum which has work donated by the artist's daughter in law.
The old town itself offers lovely plazas and narrow streets where you can discover traditional tapas bars and bodegas. Malaga is a fun city for shopping too, with many individual boutiques and shops plus of course the El Corte Ingles department stores.
The Marbella / Bahia de Marbella area
With it's access to an endless stretch of sandy beaches, chiringuitos (beach restaurants) and trendy beach clubs, Los Monteros playa offers the perfect setting for an ideal holiday.
Not only catering for beach lovers, a short 5 minutes drive to Marbella old town provides all the charm of a typical Andalucian village, unique shops, cafes and plazas where you can sit and watch the world go by. La Canada commercial park, also within only 5 minutes drive, offers all the facilities of a modern shopping centre from high street fashion, a supermarket, restaurants, ten-pin bowling and cinema.
Puerto Banus is only a few further minutes drive away, here you will find designer boutiques, international restaurants, bars and cafes. This is one of Europe's hot spots for celebrity spotting, million dollar yachts and luxury sports cars.

Located approximately 35 minutes drive from Malaga airport on the east side of Marbella in the prestigious Bahia de Marbella urbanization. The property is situated in a secure and very well maintained development, with direct access to the beach and within walking distance to several beach restaurants where you can enjoy the fresh catch of the day, local specialty dishes and fine Spanish wines. Puerto Banus is 10 minutes by car, La Canada Shopping centre 5 minutes by car and Marbella centre 5 minutes by car. Local supermarket a couple of minutes

Having stayed in many holiday house rentals over the last 5 years this has to be by far the best. We had two small children and the house could easily take another 3 or 4 people. All the rooms have plenty of storage space and it is very well furnished and kitted out. Plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen including all the little things you might need.
When we arrived Luis was there to meet us, with a stocked fridge and nothing was too much trouble. Internet was provided and English TV or the kids.
The house is located in a fantastic complex. The grounds are beautifully kept. The complex is on the beach and Los Monteros is perfect for kids and very clean. There are a few restaurants, but you do need to walk about 5/10 minutes to the nearest:
The house has a small garden which is gated so perfect with kids as they can't get out to the pool alone. There is a life guard on duty all day and the pool is great for kids, but also if you like a long swim as its huge.
You do need a car to get around, but there are plenty of supermarkets in the vicinity and its easy to find everything. I have recommended the house to many friends. Its perfect for families, however there were lots of different age groups about all able to enjoy the area, beach and pool.
Luis the owner was extremely helpful and pointed us to the property manager for any assistance, who could not have been more helpful. We were even able to borrow some umbrellas for the beach. Luis had organised a cot and highchair upon arrival. I Highly recommend this house and can't wait to go back next year.

Very clean and nice house with beautiful quiet garden and pool and 75 meters from beach and sea! Well maintained complex with parking underground. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Luis his house. Will certainly come back in the future.
