The apartment was originally two apartments, 224c and 222c, one next door to the other. Secure double doors have been fitted to connect the two apartments. The doors can be locked to make two separate self contained apartments. When the secure communicating doors are open, the apartment merges into one and is perfect for a family or two couples

The apartment block is situated on the Paseo Maritino, a sub tropical walk way running for 17 kms beside the sea. Walking west takes you to Puerto Banus. Nights are quiet except for the murmur of the sea in the background. From the garden gate it's a minute walk to the beach with no road crossings. Well maintained private sub tropical gardens with three swimming pools. A 15 minute walk, along the Paseo will take you to a quiet beach with an excellent restaurant. A few yards further is the world famous Marbella Club. Puerto Banus is about an hour's walk along the same promenade. It's a ten minute walk to Marbella Old Town with its cobbled narrow streets, fascinating shops, good restaurants and famous Orange Square. An ideal location for those who do not wish to hire a car. Plenty of public transport for visiting the surrounding area and the Golden Mile.
The apartment can be easily divided by locking secure connecting doors. When the connecting doors are open, 224c and 222c merge together making an ideal apartment for a family or two couples.
The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol or quite literally ' the Sun Coast' is exactly that - With the Costa del Sol weather giving average annual temperatures of 18ºC and over 300 days of sunshine per year it isn't difficult to understand why it is one of Europe's top holiday destinations.
There are around 70 Costa del Sol golf courses on the "Costa del Golf" which can be played all year round as well as a whole range of other activities available such as sailing, scuba diving, horse riding, dolphin safaris, etc. The list is endless.
Away from the coast there are numerous excursions into the real Spain with the cities of Ronda, Seville, Cordoba and Granada all accessible for day tours. For the more adventurous you can also take a 15km trip across the Straits of Gibraltar to visit Tangier in Morocco.
Marbella is a medium sized sea side town. Its a working town and busy all year. There is plenty to do and see and lots of interesting places to visit on a day trip either by hire car or by public bus.
A 15 minute walk along the marble promenade will take you to a quiet private beach with its own restaurant and The Marbella Club. The promenade, which is lined with palm trees and exotic sub tropical plants, runs for three miles along the bay to Puerto Banus. In the immediate vicinity are excellent shops and restaurants.
It is a 15 minute stroll to the old town with its cobbled streets and famous Orange Square. Ronda is an hour's drive from Marbella. Many of the picturesque White Villages, found in the Sierra Mountains, are easily reached on a day trip. Skiing near Granada is two hour's away.
Numerous beautiful golf courses in the area. For the adventurous, there are boat trips from Gibraltar to North Africa.

"Fantastic beach front location"
I booked the apartment for a 4 night stay with 4 friends. On arrival the keys were available as described and though it was late (12.00) we still managed to have a great meal around the corner at Da B… More
As described in our Holiday Lettings advert, when the two apartments are "linked" together by opening the internal double doors, 222c living room becomes the "third" double bedroom with en suite shower, loo and wash basin. This "third" bedroom is approached by a short corridor from the main living room in 224c. I hope in future there will be no misunderstanding.

"Excellent location, confined space"
The apartment block is ideally situated to walk on the promenade and into the town. Pretty gardens and lovely pools (but not heated). I would recommend booking both apartments (unless only one couple who will eat out every meal) as the main bedroom is small and space is limited. Small balcony with garden view. The kitchenette had limited basic equipment (no bread board for example) but dishwasher was helpful. The apartment was clean and tastefully furnished. Shower door leaks profusely & needs repair - at least mop was on hand! Insufficient bed linen was provided but this was corrected after our arrival, sheets placed on the bed although no duvet cover. Our departure time was incorrectly recorded by the owner but again after discussion with a helpful manager, rearrangements were made.

"This is a little gem"
Tastefully decorated, wonderfully located and sensibly equipped for a wonderful quiet retreat on the sea front and within a few minutes walk of the delightful old town. Marbella has the most wonderful climate all year round and this apartment is ideally placed for swimming and walks along the coast. If you don't want to move very far it has the most beautiful swimming pools. We loved it!
