Conditions
Cleaning is included in the price for 1 week and 2 week stays, for 3 o more weeks it is an additional 80 euro. Mid stay cleans are available at the cost of 40 euro.
*Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. It is allowed only on the terrace.

The Marbella / Elviria area
Elviria is the perfect location on the Costa del Sol for every holiday-maker. Being only 10km from Marbella with all it's fantastic restaurants and night life and traditional Old Town attractions as well as it's world famous neighbour of Puerto Banus renowned as the place for serious shopping and people watching.
For those that prefer a more sporty holiday we are surrounded by over 50 quality golf courses along with just about every other activity you can think of. You will never be far away from some of the best sandy beaches on the coast which also has one of the world famous Nikki Beach's adjoined to the 5 star Don Carlos hotel .
There is a commercial centre in Elviria which is just a short walk away and has everything you need including several banks, supermarkets, shops and a vast choice of cafes, bars and restaurants. There are also several taxi ranks and buses stops to take you in either direction along the coast.

Los Jardines (in Elviria) is approximately 45 km from Malaga airport.
Follow the signs out of the airport to Cadiz and look out for The San Miguel factory which will be on your right hand side. Once you pass this, bear right onto a main highway (still signed to Cadiz).
After about 2kms, you will need to take a right fork.
This turning will have blue motorway signs for the A7 / AP7 to Benalmadena,
Algeciras and Cadiz.
DO NOT follow the white signs to Torremolinos / Benalmadena.
Stay on this highway (A7) for approximately 25kms. When you get towards Fuengirola stay in the right hand lane.
DO NOT filter onto the AP7 (the toll road).
Stay on the A7 - NOT the AP7. (the P in AP7 means Pay! A toll Road)
Continue along the A7/N340 for about 18kms until you will pass signs for various places - El Faro, Mijas Costa, Riviera, Calahonda, Cabopino and Las Chapas.
Shortly after the Las Chapas turn, look out for a CAMPSA filling station on the right-hand side as this indicates you are getting very close to the Elviria turnoff.
Approx 0.5 km after the CAMPSA filling station, take the exit signed to Elviria (Kilometre Marker post 192).
Another very large landmark at this exit is the tall Don Carlos 5* hotel on your left hand side.
The exit slip road leads to a roundabout beside the local shops.
Proceed straight ahead past the roundabout and then turn next right (after the shopping centre)
Drive up this avenue, which has a dense pine forest on the left-hand side, for about 400m and then turn left.
At the end of that road you will reach a roundabout with the entrance to Los Jardines de Santa Maria Golf.

Excellent apartment, suited our needs perfectly. We travelled with young and teenage children and grandparents. Terrace was wonderful for lazy days sunbathing with the BBQ. A car is necessary if you wish to sight see. Supermarket and restaurants just a 5 min walk away. About 15-20 min walk to Beach. Would come again. |

I would highly recommend this appartment to all, whether you are holidaying with friends, partner or family it fits all. We went with another couple and together we had 2 young children, both under 3 and found the appartment was a home from home. It has all the amenities you need (travel cot, washing machine, microwave, cutlery, linen & towels) fantastic open plan terraces with sun loungers, tables and chairs, BBQ and toys for the children, 3 bedrooms that easily fit a double bed plus a travel cot, 2 bathrooms and a plasma tv. The complex itself is calm, well kept and safe for children with lots of grass and open paths for them to play on & four lovely swimming pools where we stayed most of the day! We had planned to visit Marbella & Puerto Banus a few times, but the short 5/10 minute walk to the centre of Elviria that had a number of restaurants, 24hr supermarkets, bars and cafes all at it's finger tips meant we only made it to Marbella (on the bus for around £1.50 each) once the whole time! Nikki beach is about 15minutes walk away and is definitely worth a visit. Ana Maria from the letting agency was great - she was extremely kind and helpful, arranging airport transfers for us and even driving us to the local pharmacy when we needed to go. We hope to visit again and would definitely stay here; a beautiful, relaxing place with everything you need for a lovely holiday. |
