This is an ideal penthouse for renting in Elviria as it is close to everything . The gated complex has two Swimming pools and a pool area with nice gardens. The lounge/dining and kitchen area all lead out on to a spacious west facing terrace that has awnings so you can sit in the shade when needed and over looks the pool area.The terrace has an out door seating area as well as sun beds.
Underground parking is accessible without even leaving the building. A lift outside the front door goes directly to the basement where the car is kept, ideal for those with children. Security is good, with the whole complex being contained within decorative wrought iron railings with established conifers and Pine trees giving privacy.

Guests can check in at 3.00pm (15:00hrs) on day of arrival, must check out by 10:30 am on the day of departure, but if we have no one leaving or arriving on the same day then we can accommodate earlier arrival times and later departure times.
Cleaning is included in the price for 1 week and 2 week stays, for more than 3 it is an additional 80 euro. Mid stay cleans are available at the cost of 40 euro.
*Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. It is allowed only on the terrace.

The Marbella / Elviria area

For those that prefer a more sporty holiday we are surrounded by over 50 quality golf courses along with just about every other activity you can think of. You will never be far away from some of the best sandy beaches on the coast which also has one of the world famous Nikki Beach's adjoined to the 5 star Don Carlos hotel .
There is a commercial centre in Elviria which is just a short walk away and has everything you need including several banks, supermarkets, shops and a vast choice of cafes, bars and restaurants. There are also several taxi ranks and buses stops to take you in either direction along the coast.

Directions from Malaga airport: Approximately 45 km
Take the N340 / A7 signposted towards Torremolinos / Cadiz. Proceed along the A7 towards Cadiz / Algeciras for 1km. Stay in the right hand lane and exit for Benalmadena / Cadiz. Continue on the A7 for about 20km until you see the road split as you near Fuengirola, keep to the right hand side and stay on the A7 DO NOT GO ON THE AP7 as this is the toll road.
Carry on passed Fuengirola, Mijas Costa, La Cala, Calahonda, Riviera, and Cabopino until you see the Don Carlos hotel appear on your left hand side.
Take the exit KM192 for Elviria.
At the roundabout you will find the Apartment Complex on your right.

The location was perfect for us, a choice of restaurants, two supermarkets, taxi rank and the beach were close by. My kids loved the adventure park that was opposite the complex which i found quite handy, it cost 41 euros for 3 children. The apartment was beautiful and well presented throughout. the only issue we had was the hot water was not consistent, it did not bother me because it was hot, but my 5 year old does not like cold water. When I raised this with Araceli, they did come out to have a look at the boiler couple of hours later. What we found was that the hot water came on but turned cold quickly. as a workaround my daughter had a shower first. the complex has two pools which we found to be clean always and was never really crowded Araceli and her husband were very helpful and we were well received upon arrival, I had liaised with Araceli prior to my trip and she had arranged a taxi that picked us from Malaga, it cost 55 euros for 4 people. overall it was an excellent holidays and would recommend it, we would certainly go back again. BTW, if you do go with kids at the airport they were handing out flyers for theme parks, it worth getting them as they have discount vouchers to most of the theme parks which I found them quite handy! |

The apartment is very well maintained and spacious having the two bathrooms was great.The owners have really thought about everything one might need it was very well equipped . The pool and area around the apartment was clean and well looked after an attendant is on at all times and the complex is gated which makes it very safe. The location is perfect close to shops, banks and restaurants. The beach is nearby and there is a taxi-rank if you wanted to travel further to nearby villages. Overall this makes for a very easy holiday the surrounding area has plenty to over too. I would highly recommend |

Loved the apartment, felt fully secure, had own car space, communal pool cleaned daily, lovely grounds, the apartment was modern and very clean, would definately stay there again. Plenty of places to eat in the village. If you are getting a bus into Marbella which are really cheap, 2.60 euro, but not always strictly to time, dont get in a car that says its a taxi at the stop, they are not registered taxis and try to charge you 49 euro, at the taxi rank its only 16 euro.
