A beautiful,fully air conditioned duplex penthouse apartment in a secure private complex located in Elviria.

The top floor master bedroom has an oak super king size bed and cabinets together with fitted wardrobes and a beautiful travertine tiled en-suite with corner bath and twin sinks. This spacious bedroom leads out onto its own private balcony with sea view.

The lower floor has a large lounge & dining area with stylish leather sofas, TV, DVD, CD player and a four seater dining table.

The fully fitted kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and is equipped with crockery, cutlery & glassware for all your self catering needs. The adjoining utility room has a washing machine.

Also on the lower floor is the second bedroom with twin beds; which can be clipped together and a large built in wardrobe.

Adjoining is the travertine tiled family shower room.

One of the best features of this luxury apartment is the large & very private south facing balcony equipped with huge umbrella, sun beds & 6 seater dining table.

Comfortably sleeping 4 with space & privacy ( a travel cot is also available in the master bedroom), this beautiful apartment has been our perfect family holiday home for 10 years. The private enclosed grounds offer total peace of mind with four large swimming pools & a couple of toddler pools which are patrolled by life guards during the high season. The beach is a 15 minute stroll away with numerous restaurants & bars overlooking the Mediterranean. There are also two restaurant & shopping areas within 400m of the complex. In the forest area next door the newly opened Amazon adventure offers challenging fun for the whole family up in the pine trees (www.aventura-Amazonia.com).

If you want to explore the area; Marbella is 15 minutes drive, Puerto Banus 20 minutes and the lovely Cabopino marina is less than 10 minutes. Taxis are always available in the shopping area so you don't need a car. Transfer time from Malaga airport is 30 minutes.

We can arrange airport pick up and drop off for an extra charge (currently around €50 each way).

The Andalucia region

The Marbella region is well known for style & glamour but you will be surprised at how relaxed and welcoming it is. Sure there's lots of bling if you want it; with Puerto Banus only 20 minutes drive you'll find super yachts, rare super cars and their occupants always on view.

Further afield to the North, about an hours drive along the edge of the National Park is Sierra las Nieves, is Ronda, originally two medieval towns later joined by a stone bridge over the deep stunning gorge that separates them.

Behind you are the towering Sierras. In front of you is the Mediterranean & 30 miles across the sea is the North African coast.

Temperatures range from 20C in spring to a toasty 30C+ in high summer - Enjoy!

Marbella

Elviria is in the green area of the Marbella region. Developed 10 to 15 years ago adjoining the traditional village of Las Chapas. The area retains many ancient cork and pine forests and is within 1 km of the best beaches along this 15 km stretch of coastline.

Along the beach are several quality restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets - here you can watch the sun set over the Med with clear views of Gibralter & Tangiers.

The apartment is just 15 minutes east of Marbella which famously offers glamorous beaches, restaurants and nightlife but also wonderful strolls along the marbled promenade. The Old Town is a glorious step back in time with narrow cobbled alleyways, great restaurants & shops housed in stunning 400 year old buildings.

"top quality apartment in an ideal location"
