Nestled in a secluded location of detached villas in Marbesa, Villa Mimosa is just 40 minutes drive from Malaga Airport and caters for all holiday tastes. Just 200m from the beach and front line restaurants Marbesa caters for all tastes. For the more energetic pedalos, jet skis and banana boats are all available to hire locally.
Marbella, Puerto Banus, Mijas and Rhonda are all accessible from Villa Mimosa and whilst a car is desirable, it is not essential as there are excellent public transport links to these areas. Puerto Cabopino is a 20 minute stroll along the coast with its superb beach, excellent restaurants and fabulous boats moored in the Puerto!
Villa Mimosa is a detached four bedroomed villa surrounded by private gardens with its own swimming pool. The villa is very comfortably furnished and well equipped with television, DVD and CD player and air conditioning to the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Further details indoors: The lounge/dining are enjoys views of the garden and pool area with patio doors leading to an undercover balcony. There are two bedrooms located on the ground floor, one with bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom to sleep 3 people and the second with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom is also located on the ground floor and is fully tiled and fitted with a white suite including bath, washbasin and WC. A spiral staircase leads from the lounge to the first floor landing.
Upstairs the master bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room. Patio doors to the balcony offer panoramic views of the Mediterranean. There is a further double bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.
Further details outdoors: The gardens are well maintained with an abundance of flowering shrubs and offer a high degree of privacy. There is a driveway offering parking for one vehicle. The private swimming pool is cleaned once a week and sun loungers are provided. The balcony area is also equipped with a BBQ and table and chairs for "al fresco" dining.
