A luxury studio apartment on a stunning complex on the Golden Mile in Marbella. The complex has 2 swimming pools and poolside bar and restaurant, lovely spacious gardens. The apartment overlooks one of the swimming pools, and enjoys the afternoon and evening sun. It has been totally refurbished, and is furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard. It is on the 1st floor of a private urbanisation. It has air con, flat screen wall mounted tv with sky channels and DVD. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are many shops and restaurants very close by, including 3 supermarkets, chemist, bars and reaturants all within 5 minute walk.

Situated on the Golden Mile in Marbella, between Marbella town and the famous Puerto Banus, close to many golf courses, ideally situated for visits to Gibralta, Ronda, Mijas.

Many excellent restaurants and bars very close by. 20 minute walk to Marbella Old Town. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a bus stop at the complex.
How to get there
Fly to Malaga airport, then 40 mins drive to apartment. We can arrange airport transfer or recommend car hire company. There is a direct bus from Malaga to Marbella at just 4 euros each person each way!

Further details indoors: The kitchen and bathroom have been totally refurbished to a very high standard. The apartment has air con, heating, tv with Sky channels and DVD. It is furnished to an extremely high standard, all towels and linen are provided. There is a cot or fold away bed for a small child available on request. The terrace overlooks one of the swimming pools and enjoys the afternoon and evening sun.
Further details outdoors: The complex has 2 swimming pools and a toddler pool and is set in beautiful gardens with views of the mountains, there is a poolside bar and restaurant. The beach is 5 minute walk away. All the amenities you need are very close by.
20 minute walk to Marbella centre. 5 minute drive to Puerto Banus. There is a bus stop at the complex giving easy access to whole coast. Excursions available to Ronda, Mijas , Gibralta , Seville and many more .

£100 deposit will secure your booking, balance is payable in cash on arrival. i manage the property and i live on the same complex, so i will meet you and show you directly to the apartment. I am here every day to help and assist you with anything you need.
