Home description

Features include dual aspect through fireplace, under floor heating, hot and cold air condition, Jacuzzi bath and two body jet showers in the bathrooms.

Outside tropical pergola and pool bar area to include fridge, dishwasher, sink, bar and BBQ. The garden is very private with tropical plants and trees, there is all day sun but with shaded areas. There is flat grassed area suitable for children´s ball games. The villa is very close to all amenities only a 5 minute walk are 4 restaurants, a tennis club, beauty salon, newsagents, bakery, fully stocked supermarket and much more. There is a short walk to probably the best beach in the area which has many wonderful beach front restaurants with sun beds, kayaks and pedaloes for hire.

Marbella / El Rosario area

El Rosario is a very well positoined Urbanisation. Only 6klms from Marbella Centre , 10 mins drive to Banus and close top the beach and all amenities. There are 320 Days of Sunshine in the Costa del Sol. Av winter TEMP of 60 degrees .Av Summer TEMP of 85 degrees. The is so much to do and see in this area. beautiful mountain walks or bike rides. Visiting local Ruins. Fantastic `Chic´ shops and Malls. The wonderful beaches ( best on the coast). Night life that you can only imagine in your dreams...


How to get there

Malaga Airport is 30 mins away.

A Taxi will cost approx 50 euros , A Bus to Marbella will be approx 4 euros , then a short taxi ride away at approx 15 euros.

Most cheap flights come to Malaga. Look at www.skyscanner.net

Marbella centre is only 6kms, Puerto Banus is about 15 mins drive.

Fuengirola is about 15 mins away and Benalmadena is about 25 mins drive.

Gibraltar is about 45 mins away.

Tarifa about 1 hour and 15 mins.


A car is not essential as there are local buses, and a local car rental company with ia few mins walk. Taxis also pass very close by.

The Villa will accommodate very large Family OR Groups ,without people feeling closed in or trapped . There is enough space for all to have there own space, yet be close together if you prefer. It is not your typical rental ,as it is our home and was developed for us to live in. You will find the decor and surrounding area, like being a Super star, for the length of your stay.

Bedroom 2 Master has an en-suite shower room, huge amount of fitted wardrobes, satellite TV.
Bedroom 3 large double bedroom with fully fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 4 large double bedroom.
Bedroom 5 Twin.

Bathrooms: Upstairs bathroom with body jet shower, under floor heating. En suite shower room with body jet shower, under floor heating. Master bathroom with jacuzzi bath, under floor heating. All bathrooms are in a contemporary style

Kitchen: Modern fully fitted Kitchen is fitted with stainless steel oven, built in stainless steel microwave, large 5 burner ceramic hob and stainless steel canopy extractor. Large fridge freezer..
Utility Room: Washing Machine/spin drier

Living Rooms: Lounge is very bright and airy in a contemporary style. It has a gas dual aspect fireplace, air con hot and cold. TV, video and dvd. Oak wood effect flooring, vaulted ceiling. Picture window to the mountain. There is a comfortable ' L ' shaped leather suite in the T V area . A separate area by the double aspect open fire , for sitting and chilling we call the snug . There is a large are where there is a round Limestone table that can seat up to 8 people. There is also a Wengue table that can seat 4 people .A patio door Leads to top terrace from which you can have your breakfaxt or watch the sun set behind the mountains

Other: An additional downstairs communal area, suitable as separate games area or 2 people to sleep.

All bathrooms and lower communal area have under floor heating. All other rooms have hot and cold air conditioning.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen changed once (Saturday) a week. Towels included (not beach towels). Extra Weekly cleaning service and Extra services available on request.

Further details outdoors:
The villa has a large private pool . It is very safe and shallow at one end. There are proper steps so even novice swimmers can play in the pool without fear. So you can feel more relaxed on your vacation .The pergola area is fully equipped for eating out 'al fresco '. It has a bar with B.B.Q. Fridge freezer ,sink and even a dishwasher. The gardens are large and flat so you can play football , volly ball without disturbing any one.

Towels and sheets Changed each Saturday unless required (at extra cost) The Villa can sleep up to 12 ,but an additional 20% of the totall would be required. Cot ,Hi Chairs and Stair gates available for hire at additional cost.
Electricity is charged at 11 cents per unit. average cost no more that 50euros per week .


Conditions

A refundable bond of 400 gbp or 600 euros Cash is required on arrival. This will be returnd to you on your departure.

'Hi this is Janette and Phil we visited Philip and Nicky’s Villa in June 2005. The drive was about 30 mins from Malaga airport with great directions'.

'Philip and Nicky greeted us at the villa, which more than accommodated our two families of 5 adults and 4 children'. (2 at 19months 2 at 5 years)

'The villa is modern and well equipped and you can tell they have spent a considerable amount of time re-modernising'.

'The pool area and gardens were fantastic and brilliant for the children with gradual steps leading into the pool. There was a lovely shaded eating area with dishwasher and fridge/freezer and bar where the children played shop quite happily out of the midday sun'.
