The Villa is within walking distance to one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. Quiet and peaceful, yet only a ten minute drive to Marbella Town and within easy reach of many great golf courses including Santa Maria, Rio Real, Santa Clara and the Marbella Country Club.The villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a Jaqusi and water fountains perfect for the children. Leading from the lounge is a spacious terrace giving both welcome shade and access to the seemingly ever present sun, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With 3 double and one twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Costa del Sol region

The Marbella / Elviria area
Elviria is a quiet residential area and has its own commercial centre just 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive away including 2 supermarkets, good selection of international restaurants, bars, banks and other shops. Marbella is a 10 minute drive away and Puerto Banus 15 mins by car.
Elviria boast some of the best beaches on the coast including the world-renown "Nikki Beach" and the 5* Don Carlos Hotel. With many top class golf course's either on your doorstep, or a short drive away. This is the ideal area to relax and enjoy your holiday

Fly in to Malaga - Elviria is a 30 minute drive from the airport. Cheap flights with Ryan Air, Easy Jet, BMI Baby etc. are available from most UK Airports into Malaga. Local buses run regularly between the airport and Marbella town. There are always local taxis available.

Villa Elviria This was a trouble free holiday we were meet at the airport and taken to our villa, which was to the standard as discribed in add the bedrooms were all a good size it had a lovley pool and patio area and at the end of a day by the pool we had a nice walk down the road to the local restaurant for the end to a perfect day we have already booked for 2012 |

This is our 3rd year staying in Villa Elviria and we have booked again for next year. I have to say the villa and its amenitys are excellant and the service we have received via Jackie and her team has been first class. I can not reccomend this villa or its staffs more highly. We had a great time and look forward to next year !! |

On arrival to Malaga airport we were greeted by a very nice couple to take us to our villa however, neither they or us had been given the address of our villa which then led us to sit around and wait for 4 hours whilst the couple frantically tried to find it. Eventually we managed to get hold of the cleaner as our letting agent did not answer ANY of our calls. We arrived at the villa which was absolutely beautiful and accomodating yet, to our disappointment there was no welcome pack and no instructions on how to work the jacuzzi, fountains or pool filters so we were unable to use for the whole of our weeks stay. Two days later the plumbing system was up in arms filling one of the showers with excrement and leaking all other showers and 3 other toliets- leaving us with one toliet and a pool side shower between 10 of us for 2 days later when a plumber finally arrived. Our letting agent completely disregarded us through our whole stay, each and every time we called or text we were never contacted back apart from once to let us know the plumber was coming. There is also no "100 meter walk" from the beach it is more 20 minutes which is completely not practical in the heat. Such a lovely villa but unfortunately it is majorly let down by it's management. Response: This is complete rubbish. This group was a Hen Party who totally trashed the property.We had trouble with them from day The lady who booked the villa had all the correspondence sent directly to her and had conformation of the address etc when the booking was first made. We had several issues with payment as they were having trouble organising the collection of funds. We should of cancelled the booking at that point. There was a problem with the plumbing but this was not to do with the Villa but an outside pipe with the council. The girls called me on the Sunday evening and we had a plumber to the property on Monday morning when it was established that it was a pipe from outside the Villa we called in the relevant parties and the problem was fixed that day. Upon the girls departure the villa was left in the most awful state. They had left grease all around the pool area from a Barbeque they had brought although there is one on the premises. There was sick in the bathrooms and a few breakages. The worst point was the drug wrappers left all around the premises. This was admitted by one of the guests who actually apologized for the incident. The whole group were a nightmare and in all the years we have rented the villa we have never had this before and will be extremly wary of group bookings in the future. As for there being no correspondence from the date of booking 26/06/2011 to their arrival 03/09/2011 over 30 emails where put back and forth so again this is rubbish regarding correspondence. In the villa there is a folder which contains all numbers pertaing to the villa alon with WIFI codes and Sky codes. local information etc and we are available 24hrs for any emergencys. |
