The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Costa del Sol has everything as a holiday destination - beaches, mountains, history, culture, sports and leisure activities of every description. Cruise along its superb motorway system and you can be in Malaga or Gibraltar in very little time. Go inland and you can visit the splendid cliff-top town of Ronda, the quintessentially Spanish pueblos blancos (white villages) or further on to the historic Moorish city of Seville. And then, only minutes away by car, you have the city of Marbella with its unique fusion of Spanish culture and cosmopolitan glitz.

Marbella / Los Monteros area
Marbella is a jewel in the Costa del Sol. A long time favourite of the rich and famous, it has always had a reputation for style and culture, with fiestas and activities of all description taking place all year round.
Los Monteros is one of the nicest areas of Marbella, although it is quiet and has an exclusive feel, it is close enough to Marbella to prevent you ever feeling you are cut off from what's going on.

Fly to Malaga airport - Alicate Playa is 40Km from the airport, which takes 30 mins by car.

The property is off the eastbound carriageway of the main coastal road from Marbella (E15 with green signs). If you are travelling west along this road, you will need to turn off at El Rosario, Los Menteros and travel back along the east carriageway. If you are travelling along the motorway (also called the E-15, but with blue signs), you will need to drop down towards Marbella and take the coastal road east.
Travelling east on this road, you will pass Los Monteros and will see large flags flying at the small turnoff to Alicate Playa.

Further details indoors: This apartment is built to the highest standards with full air-conditioning, under-floor heating in both marbled bathrooms, electrically-operated shutters, marble flooring and patios to the front (pool-side) and rear (garden-side).
To do it full justice, it has been furnished it an equally high standard with superb leather sofas, a leather-framed double bed, satellite TV, DVD and rugs, pictures and decorations that are designed to make you feel completely at home.
Further details outdoors: Dedicated parking place in the underground carpark along with a lockable storage room for large articles such as bikes.
The outside pool is set in a sub-tropical style garden. There are four similar pools on the development which are all available for use by guests. There is a private nature-reserve walkway to the beach, where you will find a fine restaurant and other beach facilities nearby.
