This development is beach fronted with its own gated access onto the powder sands of Los Monteros Beach. 24 hour security provides complete peace of mind. The apartment is beautifully furnished and comfortably accommodates 6 people in 2 bedrooms. It has TV and Satellite, DVD Player, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, and Air Conditioning throughout. Ground floor location is a great advantage with families with young children who prefer not to have to transport their children upstairs.

The Las Arenas development is well known as one of the most beautiful on the Costa del Sol.

How to get there

- Situated just 25 minutes from Malaga Airport,
- Located opposite Hospital Costa Del Sol on the N340 which ensures easy access to all the local golf clubs and surrounding towns
- Just 3kms from Marbella Centre a taxi into the city will cost around 12euro

Sleeping accommodation includes a master bedroom (en suite) with a king size bed. The second bedroom contains a double and two single beds. A childs travel cot is also available. The terrace has a glass table with 6 chairs.

A cooling and calming stream trickles throughout the gardens and across in front of this apartment, between the two pools. The gardens are well known locally as a fantastic example of how a development should be finished.

The apartment has it's own parking space in the underground car park, accessed from the road via remote control.

The patio which has its own accessinto the gardens includes an 8 seater dining table and chairs and sun chairs are also available.


Further details

Cleaning and linen change at the end of your holiday are included in the price . Towels for use in the bathroom and at the pool are provided but please do not use them on the beach.
Beach towels are not provided , please bring your own.

A deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if booking is made within 8 weeks of departure date. A refundable security deposit of £200.00 is required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 10 days of return of the apartment keys to us providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.
