This development is beach fronted with its own gated access onto the powder sands of Los Monteros Beach. 24 hour security provides complete peace of mind. The apartment is beautifully furnished and comfortably accommodates 6 people in 2 bedrooms. It has TV and Satellite, DVD Player, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, and Air Conditioning throughout. Ground floor location is a great advantage with families with young children who prefer not to have to transport their children upstairs.

The Las Arenas development is well known as one of the most beautiful on the Costa del Sol.

Sleeping accommodation includes a master bedroom (en suite) with a king size bed. The second bedroom contains a double and two single beds. A childs travel cot is also available. The terrace has a glass table with 6 chairs.

A cooling and calming stream trickles throughout the gardens and across in front of this apartment, between the two pools. The gardens are well known locally as a fantastic example of how a development should be finished.

The apartment has it's own parking space in the underground car park, accessed from the road via remote control.

The patio which has its own accessinto the gardens includes an 8 seater dining table and chairs and sun chairs are also available.

Cleaning and linen change at the end of your holiday are included in the price . Towels for use in the bathroom and at the pool are provided but please do not use them on the beach.

Beach towels are not provided , please bring your own.

A deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if booking is made within 8 weeks of departure date. A refundable security deposit of £200.00 is required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 10 days of return of the apartment keys to us providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.

The Costa del Sol benefits from a wonderful climate which combines approximately 320 days of sunshine with a cooling breeze which means that even the 30-35deg temperatures seem very comfortable.

Local attractions include Marbella, Puerto Banus, Rhonda and Monda. The area is famous for its beautiful sandy beaches and its massive selection of golf courses.

The apartment boasts 8 exquisite golf courses within a 10 km radius.

The area is overlooked by the stunning Sierra Blanca mountain range which provide a beautiful backdrop to any time of the day

"Lovely relaxing complex"

Stayed at this apartment with 5 friends in June 2011. We were all impressed with the complex and the apartment itself. The apartment is spacious and provides a bathroom and ensuite bathroom which was important to us. When we stayed the complex was very quiet and there was plenty of room by the pool. The owner was very helpful both pre booking and after we booked our stay. There is a supermarket in the next resort which had everything we needed for a self catering stay. The kitchen was very well equipped in the event that you chose not to eat out. It was also easy to order takeaway to the apartment. The complex is coveniently located, only 5-10 mins walk to the main road where we caught the bus in to central Marbella and took a walk about the old town and orange square. The concierge service was helpful in that they arranged taxi's for us. We also felt very safe and secure at this site as there was a good security presence during the evenings. For those on a budget who cannot afford to stay in Puerto Banus but want to spend some days/ nights there, this apartment is perfect for its price and location. We all had a great time.

"FABULOUS APARTMENT THAT HAS IT ALL AND MORE !"

We stayed for 2 weeks in this fabulous ground floor apartment which had all that we expected and more ! The apartment was immaculate and finished to the highest standard with all the modcons and furnishings that make the holiday more relaxing. Our kid were able to wonder in and out of the ground floor balcony area to the pool and beach (only 2 mins walk) while we were able to relax in the knowledge that they were safe. The complex is not far from airport, Marbella centre and local restaurants and supermarket. On arrival the apt was wonderful and very clean - people in other apts were friendly and there was never any noise at night. We will definitely be back and have recommended this particular apt to our friends

"Cannot recommend"

Cheaply furnished, broken washing machine door, rusting bathroom fittings, broken remote control. Las Arenas/Bahia de Marbella is a well-designed and maintained development. Shame this apartment doesn't live up to its surroundings.

This is a very petty review. The apartment is certainly not cheaply furnished although the washing machine door latch is broken (but still usable) and the soap dishes in the bathroom is corroded and yes the batteries in the Sky remote had also corroded. This is a rental apartment and we provide a very high standard of accomodation. Please check the photos on the site and decide for yourself it the furniture looks cheap.
We get many returning clients who are delighted with the apartment, the complex and the location
