Located in the heart of the Costa del Sol, La Reserva de Marbella is fast becoming the ideal holiday destination in the surrounding area of Marbella. Set in tropical gardens with fountains and waterfalls, the complex towers over the adjacent challenging golf course of Cabopino and offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean.
From the minute you enter our apartment you will recognised the warm and inviting finishes this apartment has to offer. From the crisp elegance of the warm and relaxing sofas in the living room, to the relaxing peaceful settings of the balcony where you can sit and relax over a cocktail, you will realise that you have made a great destination decision.
The apartment features high ceilings, and marble tiled floors throughout with plenty of living space for the whole family.
Our apartment also features patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading onto a large balcony with low level wall and rails to maximise your view of the Mediterranean.
The dining room area features a table that can be extended to seat 8 adults comfortably, and can cleverly placed so that everyone can enjoy the views.
Here the living room has a large sofa which converts into king size bed plus an additional smaller sofa. These cosy sofas make watching a DVD/ movie on the TV make priceless family entertainment. You also have access to pay as you go Wi-Fi internet (please ask for detals) allowing you to connect up to 4 gadgets. We offer a good selection of books for our guests to read. No need to feel bored with a great selection of DVD's to suit all ages.
The fully furnished kitchen (should you want to cook) has an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer, designed to make your stay easy and to make you feel home from home.
To compliment these appliances the kitchen also features all the utensils, plates, cookware, baking and serving dishes to bring out the gourmet chef in all of us. We also supply a coffee maker, toaster, and for those who would like to try a raclette (table top BBQ).
This balcony is one of the best south facing in our block. Facing south and gaining the sun from first thing in the morning until late in the evening with areas of shelter for those who want to sit outside, but not in direct sun. Once you are on the balcony you may not want to come back inside. This balcony also gives you a comfortable outdoor sitting area with a table with 4 chairs, plus an additional two other chairs I am sure you will agree the views are to die for.
MASTER BEDROOM & BATHROOM ENSUITE:
The master bedroom features a large king size super comfortable bed with side tables & lamps. With this distinctively appointed bedroom you can sense you are in a relaxing atmosphere. The bedroom also features a large chest of draws and mirror above, and a full length fitted wardrobe.
You have ample wardrobe hanging space, plus a safe to keep your valuables in.
The master bathroom features a full-size bath with fitted shower above, toilet and bidet en suite. These features along with a huge vanity basin with large well lit mirror will make getting ready that much easier.
The guest bedroom features 2 single beds with side table & lamp. There is a fully fitted wardrobe offering ample hanging space with a chest of draws. This bedroom has access to the second family bathroom again with large bath, and shower etc.
For guests with small children we also provide a travel cot and linen, and high chair for use by our guests with children up to 2 years old.
