There are a large number of high quality golf courses nearby in addition to a range of good restaurants such as Triana, on the beach and Rosmarino, a great Italian restaurant in the nearby Elviria centre. The area is well serviced by supermarkets including a 24 hour one.
Thirty minutes after leaving Malaga airport you can be pulling into the underground carpark. Another ten minutes along the motorway you can be at La Canada, a large shopping centre on the edge of Marbella. Another ten minutes along the motorway and you are in Porto Banus. The duplex in ideally situated to explore the local markets and the small towns in the hills away from the coast.

The Costa del Sol region


The Costa del Sol is very popular for a number of simple reasons. It has an average of 320 days of sunshine a year. It is a short plane trip from the UK and it is only 30 minutes by car from the airport.
This region of Spain has a very wide range of activities to offer and therefore can meet a wide variety of visitors.
There are sandy beaches with safe swimming, numerous golf courses playable all year round and the unspoilt countryside only a short drive away up in the mountains with small villages and farms.
The Marbella / Carib Playa area
Las Chapas is mainly a residential area that has easy access to all the facilities you will need for whatever kind of holiday you prefer.
There are great beaches nearby, Pearl and Nikki beaches together with a number of top class golf courses within five minutes drive.
There is a small village square with the local supermarket, restaurant and wine bar. There is a slow pace of life in the immediate area but if you want something a little more cosmopolitan then Marbella and Porto Banus are just a short taxi ride away.
Typical Spanish markets are held about five times a week in the surrounding area.

This property is very accessible. Malaga is very well serviced by the low cost airlines with flight times of approximately two hours from most UK airports. The duplex is 30 minutes from the airport.
Coming out of the airport you take a series of right hand turns going towards the new Autopista, west towards Cadiz. Come off the Motorway at Calahonda (toll is approx. €3.50).
On reaching the old coast road (A-7) turn right towards Marbella. After about 5 km take the Las Chapas exit, left at the small found about and left at the next roundabout over the motorway. Straight ahead, down slight hill 70m to and left off Marbessa roundabout. Thirty metres on left is entrance to underground carpark (just before road on left).

A non-refundable deposit of €250 is payable on booking. The balance is payable eight weeks prior to arrival in addition to a refundable breakages deposit of €250. This breakage deposit is repaid on completion of the post departure inspection.( No later then one week of departure.)
Access to the apartment can be after 3pm on the day of arrival and the apartment must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Rental period starts on a Saturday or Sunday. Other days by agreement with the owner.
