This is a large villa with many areas where you can relax in private and with 5 floors escape the crowd or enjoy the pool and games area.
Conditions
20% to book it. Balance should be paid at least a month before arrival.
In the event of people arriving and departing on the same day. Please vacate by 11am and arrivals will be in at 4pm or as son as cleaning and beds are done!

house was beautiful, very clean and everything u would need is in it! owners very nice and very helpful, its at the top of a very big hill its lovely and quiet, its a bit far out from main clubbing part of marbella but that means the pubs at the bottom of the hill were far cheaper, at the pizza bar which is also a pub we were getting drinks for €2 buy one get one free! the cheapest drink in porto banus was at least €7 each plus the houses to rent in the main part are around 3 times dearer then this house, taxi's to porto banus are around €25 but if there's a crowd then its not too much, there are also lots of buses every 15 mins or so and they are very cheap, the only bad thing i could say about it is some of the mattress's are very hard and the first night we got there was quite cold and there are no blankets, only a sheet on the bed 2 cover you so we were freezing! but rest of the week was very warm anyway, i wouldn't recommend this house to older travellers or disabled travellers because its at the top of a very big hill and there are 5 floors with alot of winding concrete stairs which also might be quite dangerous for young children |
