About the home

This is a wonderful opportunity to rent a fabulous 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom duplex penthouse in the prestigious beach side complex of Hacienda Playa in Elviria. The property is very spacious and good quality. The kitchen is a good size and also has a utility room! The lounge is very light and bright with two sets of opening French windows and over looks the communal pool area and gardens. Two bedrooms have double beds and the other two have twin beds.

The vast terrace wraps all the way around the property so getting the sun all day. There are 4 sunbeds and a BBQ. Some of the terrace has an awning so can be covered and there is an outdoor dining area and seating area. Also has BBC free to view channels, A/C hot and cold, underground parking and all within a gated community. Walking distance to all amenities and aswell as the sandy beaches. Makes a wonderful holiday destination!

No matter how diverse your interests or what ever your age may be you will find that Elviria has everything to offer! It is situated 15 Kilometres east of Marbella, which is a 10 minute drive away, and it is only a 25 minute drive from Malaga Airport.

Within walking distance of your apartment, on the north side (the mountainside) of the main road in Elviria, there are a couple of supermarkets, a dry cleaner, hairdressers, a hardware shop, and a taxi rank.

There are also several bars and a variety of restaurants to choose from offering cuisine from around the world. In the actual Spanish part of Elviria, also know as "the village" or "old town" you have a post office, a town hall and a church plus more eating places and local bars.

On the beach side, you have the 5 star luxury Don Carlos Hotel which is a land mark in the area. The world famous "Nikki Beach" is on the beach in Elviria. The place to be seen with the rich and famous! Along the sandy beaches are many chiringuitos to try out - you will be spoilt for choice.

There are numerous golf courses located near Elviria such as the Santa Maria, Santa Clara, Cabopino and the Marbella Club, with other courses just a short drive away. The Don Carlos Tennis Club is also located in Elviria and is fully equipped with modern facilities.

As you enter the penthouse you have a entrance hall that takes you to the lounge and dining area or down to the Master bedroom and bedroom 4.

The lounge is light and spacious with two sets of French windows that open out onto a large terrace that has views to the communal gardens and pool area. Some of the terrace has an awning that can be opened or closed with a seating/ eating area so ideal for summer evenings!

The kitchen is large with all the facilities (plus a utility room) has all that you would need for a great holiday.

On the same level you have the Master bedroom that has an en-suite plus the big French windows that lead to the same large wrap around terrace. Loads of fitted hanging cupboard space with drawers too and a safe.

Bedroom 4 also has French windows leading out on to the terrace and there is a bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs you have two good size double bedrooms with high ceilings; one has a double bed and the other has twin beds and both with en-suites (with baths and showers in both) and private terraces and one bedroom has sea views.

The apartment has beige marble floors throughout, A/C hot and cold in all rooms, BBC free to view channels and underground parking.

Check in time is 4pm and Check out time is 10am, where possible we will try and accommodate earlier check in times and later check out times, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Rates are inclusive of bed linen and towels (including beach towels).
