Situated in a cul-de-sac in the upmarket urbanisation of El Rosario, our villa has beautiful surroundings, stunning sea and mountain views, tropical gardens, and a large private pool. The house has a modern interior, combined with the exterior of a finca. Within walking distance, there is a tennis/paddle club, many restaurants, a good sized supermarket, coffee shops etc. Only 5 min drive away you will find 4 golf courses and Marbella town itself. Malaga Airport is a half an hour drive away.
The villa is built on a small incline over two floors. Entrance floor you have 2 double bedrooms, kitchen, living room, a dining room and two bathrooms. There is a decked balcony with great sea views, as well as a large patio with a BBQ. On the garden level, there is a self contained double bedroom (accessible through own entrance door at the garden level) with it´s own bathroom. Off this bedroom is another decked terrace, a sitting area and of course the garden and the pool. There is also a log burning fireplace in the living room.

The urbanisation is very residential, upmarket and quiet. As it lies on an elevation, there are wonderful views. The beach is not far away and could be walked to in about 20 minutes or 5 minutes by car. The beach is recognized to be the best beach in Marbella. There is a famous tennis club, four restaurants, a bar, two coffee shops, a supermarket and a car rental...this all within the urbanisation! If you walk across the bridge towards the beach, you come to another trendy bar/restaurant (Fusion), and of course the beach is littered with lovely Chirringuitos serving anything from salad to the best grilled seafood. For night life, Niki beach is close, as well as Bono's beach. Of course Marbella town and Puerto Banus are close as well...depends what kind of holiday you are looking to have.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and an electric kettle.
At the entrance level patio there is a washing machine. There is also an iron and ironing board available.
The living room has sliding doors leading out to the terrace where there is a great sea view. There is also a flat screen TV with UK channels, a DVD player, two sofas and a leather armchair.
The dining room has a dining table with 6 chairs. From the windows and sliding door a wonderful view of the sea, mountains, garden and the pool can be enjoyed.
Towels and linen are included in the property.

The pool is absolutely private and is 5 x 8m. There is a large coal BBQ for larger parties. The patio is furnished with a table with seating for 8 persons. Our garden, 1 floor below contains another patio with 6 chairs and a day bed for lounging. There is a lovely tropical garden with lots of palm trees.
In order to ensure a fair use of the electricity (unfortunately some people leave the air-con on even when they leave the premises!), the electric meter is read before and after you leave and the charge is billed to you. This is fair to everyone and allows everyone to consume what they like. A 'normal' consumption rate comes out to roughly €50/week.
The Costa del Sol region
Malaga airport is roughly 45km drive or a half hour drive away. El Rosario is very easy to find, so directions are very straightforward! Basically you drive on at A7 from the airport towards Marbella El Rosario is clearly marked. Car hire is recommended and there is even a car rental office in the urbanisation (can also meet you up at Malaga airport).
The beach is renowned as the best beach in Marbella. You can walk to the beach in 20 minutes, or less than 5 minutes by car. The beach is sandy, with a variety of beach restaurants. Lounges and umbrellas can be rented on the beach. If you walk another 5 minutes, you get to Bono's beach, with has the comfortable double four poster lounges, as well as a great bar/restaurant. There is a famous tennis club, four restaurants, a bar, two coffee shops, a supermarket and a car rental...this all within the urbanisation!
