About the home

Palm Villa is in a quiet residential area overlooking El Paraiso Golf Club. Large upstairs Master bedroom suite and very private large balcony. 3 further twin rooms all en suite with brand new bathrooms (2011). Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as Marbella. Many excellent restaurants for eating out.

Private 10 metre Pool in large gardens with views over the golf course. Large covered patio areas for dining and relaxing. Large BBQ in the garden.

The Costa del Sol region

This region of Spain has long been popular and has the best climate in Europe. There are many attractions to visit as well as the city of Malaga. The ancient town of Ronda is a 30 minute drive away, Gibraltar is just a 40 mile easy drive away where you can sight see and buy cheap perfumes and alcohol etc. Local tour companies provide excellent value trips to Granada, Seville, Jerez. and many other attractions including North Africa.

The Marbella / El Paraiso, Marbella area

Marbella ( 6miles ) is famous for being a playground for the super-famous and super-rich. The area around Marbella is particularly popular with those who like Golf. Marbella offers beautiful boulevards, parks and gardens, as well as those romantic narrow lanes in the best Moorish or Andalusian tradition that make Marbella´s unmistakable personality. The marina at Puerto Banus ( 4 miles ) is world famous. Estepona ( 4 miles ) has its new promenade open. Selwo Zoo and Marine park are big attractions for the children. Water parks a car drive away.
Festivals in the local towns and villages take place throughout the summer months and are well worth experiencing.
The nearest beach is 1.5 miles with other beaches with water sports etc 2.5 miles away.
As the nearest shops ,bars and restaurants are just over a mile away a car is essential, however the area is well served with Taxis.

“Fantastic villa - looking forward to visiting again soon!” We stayed in this lovely villa for three weeks during August and could not have asked for more! The space inside the villa was more than adequate for our large party of adults and children and the villa has everything you could need to make your holiday comfortable. The recently renovated bathrooms are a real bonus. The outside space is fantastic - the excellent weather enabled us all to enjoy the well maintained gardens and pool before enjoying many BBQs in the evenings. We also visited many of the excellent restaurants situated a short drive away. We would recommend this villa to anybody looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday in the sunshine!

“Highly recommended” We had the pleasure of staying here with friends for two weeks and we were certainly not dissappointed. The villa is stunning it was the out side eating area that firstly attracted our attention and that was where we spent alot of our time. All the rooms are of an excellent size so even though there was eight of us we never felt on top of each other. This was our first time in a villa and hopefully not our last we would recommend this villa to everyone the whole holiday was amazing the pool and gardens are very well maintained, we hope to return in the future and thankyou to Michael the owner for all your help and advise.

“Super family villa” Next to golfcourse, with swinnimg pool. Excellent for families with children. Large bedrooms with private bath. Nice, well kept garden. Swimming pool and location close to 12th fairway excellent.

“Can't wait to be back there again!” Palm Villa is everything a holiday home should be, particularly if you're after a relaxing trip in first-rate accommodation with an amazing view that you don't even have to be a golf lover to enjoy. The villa itself is spacious and welcoming and the terrace and pool area are perfect for your spending days relaxing in the sun. All the bedrooms are a good size and the newly refurbished bathrooms are lovely. There are plenty of good restaurants and takeaways around but the villa's own barbeque always gets well-used whenever we stay there. We've rented Plam Villa in various combinations of friends and family, with children and without, and it goes without saying that there's something here for everyone. As I've said, this isn't the first time we've stayed at Palm Villa and it definitely won't be the last!

“Fantastic Villa-a real home from home!” A Fantastic villa with home comforts to be enjoyed by all the family. We spent three weeks at this lovely villa during August with all of our family-3 young children and adults of a variety of ages. Everyone enjoyed the amenities and we struggled to keep the children out of the swimming pool, we have already booked again for next summer-what more to we need to add??
