Conditions

£150 refundable breakage and key deposit (paid prior to dispatch of keys). Refunded within 2 weeks after occupation. Cancellations 1- 4 weeks incur a 25% charge. Cancellations less than 1 weeks notice, no refund. Booking only confirmed when deposit received and you have received confirmation of booking. Changeover Saturday but other days may be available. No smoking inside apartment (smoking on terrace permitted) and no pets.

There is a £50 end of stay cleaning charge.
