This apartment has been stylishly furnished to a very high standard. The lounge is houses a two leather sofa TV with Sky Package, the dining area seat 6 people leather dining room chairs and modern dining table.
The lounge benefits from double patio doors leading to the large terrace and garden with golf and Mediterranean views, this apartment commands panoramic views of the Spanish coastline. The terraces is furnished to enjoy Spains all year round sun with sofa and chairs plus dining area.
The fully fitted kitchen houses all BOSCH appliances, with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob and washing machine and separate tumble dryer from Bosch in laundry area.
Master Bedroom houses a double bed and benefits from patio doors leading to a private patio, the en suite bathroom is furnished from Roco luxury range as is the guest bathroom. Bedroom with 2 single beds and bedroom 3 with 2 single beds. Air Conditioning throughout.

Changeover days are flexible, we prefer clients to arrive mid week, in order to take advantage of cheaper mid week flights.

The rental includes all linen and wleocme pack on arrival, a change of linen and clean is provided for a 2 weeks stay.

A 25% deposit is required on booking, full payment is due weeks prioer to the holiday.

Just a quick note to say thank you. We have just returned from Los Arqueros and I am struggling to get back into the swing of things at work - so much more fast paced than our week in the Penthouse. The apartment was perfect - home from home - you really have thought of everything. We enjoyed many a morning have breakfast on the solarium following by a wonderful barbeque in the evening. the weather , food and wine was just fantastic


Thank you once again and I have no doubt that you will be hearing from us again in the near future and I would certainly recommend it to our friends and family.

Over all the flat was lovely and we enjoyed ourselves and the terrace at the top is lovely and my girls enjoyed sitting up there. The flat has wonderful views and the size is great, look forward to renting your property again in the warmer times.

I gather that all of our group have now returned from Los Arqueros – I had
to return early on Saturday, so I missed out on the last part of what was a wonderful trip.

I just want to thank you for letting us stay in your apartments - it truly
is a great spot and I speak for everyone when I say how impressed we all
were.

I plan to return to Marbella later in the year with my family so I will be
in touch nearer the time.

Thanks also for the starter-pack red-cross food parcel which arrived the next day. Lovely!!

We arrived back last night after a splendid break. The course there is quite
challenging (I think we lost about 30 balls between us!) but thoroughly
enjoyable. Weather was OK, very nice yesterday but changeable - however I
guess there's not much you can do about that!!

The apartment is perfect, you've chosen well. We were very comfortable and
enjoyed having supper in the evenings in front of the TV watching the U.S.
Masters. The only thing we couldn't find which would have
been useful was a tray. Other than that we wanted for nothing.

We will certainly be back to Los Arqueros at some point in the future, (to
try and find the lost balls!), and we'd like to return to your apartment if
it's free. We'll stay in touch about dates etc. We'd also be happy to
pass on your details to friends who may be interested in a similar trip.

Dear Mrs Wood,

I just wanted to drop you a line to say how much we enjoyed our holiday.
Although my husband had to do some work during the fortnight (and thank you
for letting him use the phone point in La Finca) we still had a relaxing

We all had a wonderful time in your apartment at La Finca. Such a relaxing place, none of us wanted to come home. We wished we could have stayed for another week.

The children loved the pool, we couldn't believe that at any time of the day there would be plenty of space around the pool.

We found a lovely restaurant, Alfredo's in San Pedro. We ate there a couple

of times.
