The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol is home to some of the most beautiful towns and cities in the world. It is an ideal destination for holiday makers throughout summer and winter months. The coastline here is sheltered by hills and high mountains allowing for a kind of micro climate. This limits rainfall, and as a result the region enjoys sunshine for in excess of 320 days per year.
Marbella / Rio Real area
Rio Real is set in one of the best areas in Marbella, walk down to the beach and turn right for Marbella, if you turn left you will come to "Los Montereos" Rio Reals closest town, here is where such people as Antonio Banderes live. "La Cabiana" is the beach bar and well worth a visit for lunch. or walk to "funny beach" where you can sunbath or spend an hour on the rides and go-carts.
Marbella's motto is "A Way of Life" and, certainly, this luxurious resort town seems to have it all and is, once again, rising to the fore as a favourite location with the rich and famous, as well as more ordinary folk who are willing to pay just a little bit extra for southern Spain's answer to St Tropez.
With Rhonda, Granada, Cordoba and Seville all connected by the new toll roads You can now really explore the region of Andalucia. Gibraltar is also just 50 minutes from Marbella and well worth a day trip to the island.

A Welcome Pack is available on request. Prices start at €15 for a Breakfast Starter Pack to €65 for a Deluxe Pack.
Check in time 2pm and departure time 11am unless agreed otherwise.
Renters are required to have appropriate travel insurance. The owners/property management company cannot accept liability for injury or loss of possessions during the period of rental.
Conditions
A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking, balance payable 8 weeks before departure.
A damages deposit of €150 to be paid and refunded no later than 2 weeks after departure, subject to satisfactory inspection of property.
Cancellation charges apply and initial deposits are non-refundable.
Bathroom towels and linen are provided. Beach and pool towels are not provided.
If the length of stay is less than one week there will be an additional charge to cover cleaning and laundry costs.
