This beautiful gated community is a haven of tranquility, set in tropical and manicured gardens with several large swimming pools and sun loungers, additional water features surround the area.
The apartment is designed to the highest specification with marble floors throughout and marbled bathrooms. The main bedroom has a good size dressing area with ample storage leading to the large en suite with his and her sinks. The second bedroom is also en suite. The private garden terrace faces southwards and has a good quality table with six chairs, with shade in summer if required, upon which to dine, whilst looking onto the woodland area with wild oak and cork trees. Two sun loungers with cushions are available in the apartment garden.
There is a shopping/hairdresser/restaurant/bar area with banks and taxi rank within an easy walk, and many varied activities available nearby. Also a good local bus service.

The main en suite bathroom has a powerful shower over the bath in addition to the separate shower in the family bathroom which can be another ensuite with use of the door system off bedroom two, both with marble floors and walls. Main en suite bathroom also has his and her sinks.
The main bed is a superkingsize, the large sofa bed, a comfortable double. There is a safe for your use. There is a super 32" flat screen TV. WIFI is available in the apartment. There is also a radio/cd/cassette player. Two sun loungers within the garden + round the pools.

Golf and Tennis and Lawn Bowls facilities are available at the Santa Maria Golf and Country Club a short walk away.
Several large swimming pools plus children's pool, (lifeguards present July, August).
Sunbeds are supplied free around the pool area, with sun shades in fixed positions.
The gated entrance is accessible by card access, cars can park inside entrance or in allocated car park underground, which has a lift up to ground level.
New awning over patio 2012. New outside table and chairs in 2013.
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required at time of booking. Balance to be paid 6-8 weeks prior to trip.
A separate deposit of £175 is to be paid for loss of keys or any damage, this will be refunded less any deductable amounts 10-14 days after your visit.
Arrival and departure times are flexible, just ask.
I advise guests to purchase holiday insurance which also covers for cancellation just in case.
The Costa del Sol region
The famous Costa Del Sol in the Andalucia region, has its own micro-climate with an average of approx. 320 days sunshine a year. Andalucia is the land of olives, oranges and the refreshing iced red wine cup Sangria, and also famous for the world of flamenco.
Places of interest are Marbella old town, Mijas, Cabopino marina, Puerto Banus, (all a short drive or bus trip away). Rhonda, Gibraltar all within an hour or so away, are great historical places. Look out for details of local Fiestas. The luxurious 5 star Don Carols hotel is less than 10 minutes away, where the best blue flag beaches are located.
Elviria is an unspoilt area of Marbella offering and ideal location for golfers and beach lovers alike. It is in the heart of the golfing country, with six golf courses within ten mins drive, yet has one of the best unspoiled beaches the famous Nikki beach. You can stroll through the tree lined avenue to the thriving commercial centre, complete with bars, restaurants, shops etc. or the older part of the village. There is a new adventure tree park and childrens play area close by. Marbella only 5 mins away has some of the smartest shopping in the "old town area". The Orange Square leads to a labyrinth of charming narrow streets filled with delightful and tempting boutiques. Good quality restaurants are also plentiful offering a choice to suit every occasion and pocket. A "must do" while in the area, just sit at one of the harbour side cafes at Puerto Banus and watch the world go by and see if you can spot someone famous getting on their yacht. There are quite a few day excursions, Gibraltar, etc

"Highly Recommend - A+++"
This was our first time not staying with friends, but it didn't let us down!
The Apartment was fantastic, great location, clean, comfortable, with wifi and Sky. Own private garden with sun loungers, and use of all 3 pools. Security guards were always friendly and flirty and the gardens and grounds were always perfectly kept. Under ground parking was useful especially in the heat, and although you dont need a car, we hired one anyway.
I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment, in fact we are already booking for next year.

"Beautiful apartment with everything you could want and more!"
Had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay pleasurable. There is a really nice swimming pool and beautiful gardens of the complex right outside your apartment door. The patio area is well equipped also and is very restful to enjoy the sun or read a book. The town with its many restuarants and lovely beach is only a ten and fifteen minutes walk away, Just right!

"Fantastic apartment in a lovely complex"
This apartment is perfect & very well equipped and maintained. I can't praise it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and at home.
It is spacious with lots of cupboard space and two lovely bathrooms with fantastic showers. The owner, who is absolutely charming to deal with, has thought of every detail to ensure that guests will have a relaxing holiday. She has created very much a home-from-home.
The location within the complex is great - ground floor and right beside one of the 4 pools with lifeguard on duty. There is a lovely private patio/terrace area at the back that overlooks a wooded area.
The complex itself is very secure with security guard at the gate.
It's a short walk to the shopping area - a large supermarket (Supersol) and a smaller one with a lovely bakery (OpenCor), Lots of restaurants and other shops too.
A ten minute walk will take you to the closest beach and there are many golf courses in the area.
We didn't hire a car. There's a good and inexpensive bus service from the main road - to Marbella on the one side and Fuengirola on the other.
I will definitely return.
