This newly built south facing villa is located on the beach side only a 100 metres or so away from the sea. The pool and gardens are a sun trap but there is plenty of shade available if required.
The specification and furnishings are of an exceptional standard. The layout is ideal for a family or families wishing to share. The coast road is easily accessible and from here the cente of Marbella is a 10 minute drive , Puerto Banus a 20 drive & Gibraltar a 45 minute drive. In the opposite direction Malaga Airport is a 30 minute drive. The horse racing at the Hippodromo track is 20 minutes away.

Further details indoors: The property is very child friendly and the grounds are completely self contained. The ground floor terrace has 2 gates leading to the pool. These can be closed if guests have small children they wish to keep away from the heated pool.
The house is ideal for a family or group of families and friends wishing to share.
There are air conditioning units in the lounge, kitchen and all bedrooms except for the single bedroom (which has a fan). Ceiling fans are provided to all rooms. Three bedrooms have kingsize beds and patio doors leading to the sun terrace or balcony. One bedroom has 2 single beds and the 5th bedroom has another single bed. 2 travel cots are also provided. Fitted wardrobes with ample storage are provided to all but the single bedroom.
Two of the bedrooms and the family bathroom on the upper floor can be easily isolated from the rest of the villa by locking an internal door. This area effectively becomes a separate suite which still has access to all the facilities in the villa.
The lounge has 2 x 3 seater setees plus a single armchair. The dining area has a table with 6 chairs. There is a plasma tv in the lounge plus one in the master bedroom.
The luxurious kitchen with its granite surfaces has all the mod cons required to cook a hearty meal. A sandwich maker, electric grill, fresh juice maker & intergrated coffee maker are also provided.
Off the kitchen is a utility room which has a combined washing machine and tumble drier. An ironing board and iron are also provided. A separate freezer is also located here.
The villa is alarmed and this is linked back to a local security company. For additional security electrically operated external shutters are provided to patio doors and windows. A video door entry system operates the access to the villa.
Further details outdoors: A lovely heated pool and a hot tub are available for your use. If required these are charged out at an extra £100 each per week. The pool heater is turned off at the beginning of June until the end of September. The hot tub comes with a built in light & stereo system that works with ipods.
There are 11 loungers, recliners and 3 parasols on the balcony and terrace. The villa boasts approximately 90m2 of terrace and balcony.
The lower terrace has two 3 seater comfy sofas and a 6 seater dining table plus a commercial sized bbq. A large drinks chiller is also provided on the terrace. For those who wish to stay fit a cross trainer is also provided for your use. This lower terrace is completely sheltered by the first floor balcony. 3 ceiling fans provide more refuge from the summer heat and sun. The gates on the terrace can be locked to keep small children away from the pool.
The upper balcony has 2 electrically operated toldos (awnings) plus the hot tub. Exotic palm trees and plants adorn the upper terrace.
There is plenty of external lighting on the terrace, balcony and the well stocked gardens. The garden area includes a variety of palm trees and lemon, orange, avacado and olive trees.
When the sun shines (over 300 days a year on average) the rear garden is bathed in sunshine from dawn to dusk.
A wc is located just off the ground floor terrace and an external shower is provided at the side of the pool.
Parking is accessed by 2 electric gates and 3 cars can be accommodated on the drives.

The pool and hot tub heating are charged at £100 each per week. The pool heater is usually turned off at the beginning of June until the end of September as it is not generally required due to the temperature on the Costa Del Sol.

“Amazing Villa Definitely Intend To Return”
I have just arrived home after 4 days at the villa which i stayed in with 11 of my friends for my hen do. The villa was absolutely amazing and couldnt have wished for better people than Paul and Lesley to deal with who were both fantastic.
Lesley greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the villa which was very spacious and extrememly clean. There was more than enough room to accomodate the 12 of us. Lesley gave us a telephone number which offered very cheap taxis to Puerto Banus and elsewhere. The transfer was also very cheap which Paul gave me the details for. Lesley had also stocked up on champagne for our arrival which was amazing. The bedrooms are3 very spacious and there are more than enough bathrooms... Even for 12 women!!!
I would definitely love to return in the near future and would like to thank Paul and Lesley for everything they have done for us. Both went above and beyond my expectations to give me an amazing hen do to remember.

“First -rate”
The villa had ALL the creature comforts that you could wish for on holiday. The heated pool was well used as was the hot-tub. A member of our party had walking difficulties so the down stairs bedroom was of great benefit. There was lots of sun beds and umbrellas for the long hours of sunbathing, but plenty of comfy seating areas out of the sun. Some of us were almost tempted to use the cross trainer! Dealing with Paul made the booking process easy and he welcomed any feedback on the holiday. All in all, first rate.

We have just got back from 4 wonderful days at Cabopino Villa and we are already trying to find an excuse to go again.
This property was selected for 9 ladies to celebrate a hen weekend, it was more than perfect. The villa was stunning and way beyond our expectations; the pool and hot tub added that little bit of luxury that made it extra special.
I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone, we were very lucky and got gorgeous weather which meant we got to chill around the pool all day long. The area of Cabopino is beautiful and the port has some lovely restaurants and bars that are worth a visit.
We will definitely be planning our next visit asap. ;))))

“Fantastic villa - will definitely return!”
Visited last week with my family. Ages ranged from 15 to 86 and everyone absolutely had a fantastic time. The villa was beautiful and catered for our every need! Lesley was there to greet us upon arrival and had also provided us with a 'welcome shop', which was so much appreciated. The villa is so spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. In fact, we had everything we needed and more. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were fantastic and the children loved them. The location of the villa was perfect too with lots of places to visit nearby, although I have to say that I would have been happy to stay there and just relax; it was perfect! The gorgeous Port of Cabopino is a very short walk away and there are some super places to eat and drink! Paul, the owner, was brilliant from the outset, responding to e-mails and enquiries so promptly. Paul even put us in touch with an airport transfer company, who were absolutely brilliant and in addition to this Paul took time to provide us with a comprehensive list of restaurant recommendations, which proved to be excellent. Will definitely book another holiday here for next year.

“Wonderful, comfortable home with fantastic dealings with owners.”
We were lucky enough to find this gem after much searching. We were a bit sceptical as we have not ever rented from owners before, but Paul had such great contact with us and was very honest and forthcoming about everything. He provided us with so much helpful information and when we arrived we had no problems at all. Beautiful home, great location for us. The gates on the pool were fantastic as we had little ones, eased our minds, and the outside is great to hang out. Heated pool and jacuzzi were excellent and all went very smoothly with everything. I guess the only drawback was the beds were not the most comfortable, but to be honest, I have not found many comfortable beds anywhere we have stayed is Spain. All in all, it was wonderful and we highly recommend this home. Hope to go back again.

“Great villa in a good location”
This really is a great villa. We did a family vacation and it took us a while to locate a villa that had a good location near the beach and a nice resort but also one which was spacious enough with a pool etc where we would all be comfortable in. However the villa was ideal. The area is quiet but yet within a five minute walk to the beach and restaurants and bars etc. Marbella is only a quick bus journey and about 10 minutes by car. The villa is really well laid out. It has a great high spec kitchen. There is a very spacious balcony area upstairs with hob tub and sun loungers. The living area is very well suited to a family. The pool and terrace area outside is also ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun. There is a lot to do in the area and we even made a trip to Seville for a weekend. Paul was very helpful to deal with and provided a lot of useful information from directions on getting there to recommendations on where to eat and what to do. He definitely helped to take a lot of the stress out of organizing the holiday. Richard and Leslie were also helpful meeting us on arrival. All in all I would strongly recommend the villa. I don't think you could really go wrong in booking it.

“A Beautiful Spacious Villa Ideal for our family, we had a great time !”
We Booked the house for 10 days in early July and it was perfect, the communication with the owner Paul was very easy and everything we were told was true upon arrival if not better. The house is very clean modern and spacious and has a very well designed layout that made for a perfect holiday. Everything in this house has been done to a very high standard and it was perfect for us with young kids , adults and teenagers. The outside area is the perfect place to relax with a covered terrace above the pool with large comfy couches where we could see the kids in the pool and a great dining area. The kitchen , living area and bedrooms are all a really good size with the master even having his and hers bathrooms. The location was ideal in a great neighborhood and a few minutes to the port and local beaches and about 15 minutes drive to Marbella. We were given great directions and instructions for using the house and lots of great local recommendations by the owner too, turns out he was right !!!!. The people who maintain and hand over the house were there waiting and were very helpful and responded immediately when we needed anything. We will return here we had a great time in a beautiful house.!! :-)

“Lovely Spanish Villa near to all the major tourist destinations”
We spent a week over Easter at this beautiful villa and it was perfect! The villa is very spacious and clean. We were a party of 8 and there was plenty of room for all of us without getting on top of each other. The heated pool was wonderful along with the hot tub. Villa is situated within easy walking distance of the beach, and there's lots to do within driving distance of the villa. Would definitely recommend a visit to Nerja and Ronda. However, we could easily have chilled out all week without leaving the villa. Would definitely recommend staying at this villa.

“Wonderful week!”
Absolutely exceeds expectations! We just returned form a wonderful week at this villa. We traveled with our 2 young children (ages 7 and 4), my parents, and my brother with his significant other. The lay out of the house was perfect for a large family, with plenty of room for all. The beds were comfortable, and any appliance you might need was at your finger tips. We used the pool every day, and loved the beach, which was an easy walk. We liked to walk over the dunes, but occasionally walked on the street as well. We grilled on the wonderful porch overlooking the pool at night, and also used the villa as a home base while we explored Gibraltar and the white hill towns. The location was perfect for us.
Probably most importantly, the villa was absolutely spotless. We had a lovely introduction to the house by the management team, who even picked up some groceries before we arrived to help us get settled. The owner was wonderful to deal with, and very patient with our international transfers that were sometimes slower than expected. We had contact information in case something came up, but never needed it.
Highly recommend this wonderful villa! Thank you, thank you!

“Ideal villa for large parties”
This villa was perfect for our stay, We were celebrating my sisters birthday so were quite a large party with 4 generations!! The villa was perfect. It was big enough for people to break away if they needed some quiet time but great for gatherings around the pool or in the hot tub.
The villa is obviously well maintained with lots of nice extras like the DVD's, games, books etc. The meet and greet service was great,.
Location is ideal for walking into Cabopino - which we did on numerous occasions.
Would recommend this villa.

Stayed at the villa Aruna for one week with wife and two girls 10 and 7 and another couple and it was sheer quality.The heated outdoor pool was really good and my girls practically lived in it. The hottub on the roof was magic and all the rooms were really well kitted out.The villa is set in lovely mature grounds and has its own lime tree.The area is next to cabopino beach and really good restaurants like la Despensa.If you are after unadulterated luxury in a quiet peaceful and beautiful location it is the place for you.ps the dvd selection was amazing BOURNE box set ALIEN box set the Deerhunter brilliant films and wi fi worked 100% of the time in a word QUALITY.!!!

“Wish I owned this villa, it has everything, even location!”
Just returned from a week at this fantastic villa in Cabapino. End of October can always be a little dicey weather wise in Spain, but this year we had sun every day (apart from 1 which was rain until 5pm and then sun). The location is perfect for anyone as close to the airport, and the large towns of Peurto Banus, Marbella and Benaldemena. Cabapino is a lovely port with several cafe/restaurant's along a strip of 'blue flag' beach. Walk or drive. Perfect! The villa itself is great for anyone travelling with young children. The pool is gated and there is a lot of shade, which makes watching them a whole lot easier. The Villa is secure at the front too, so playing outside is safe. The villa is bright and modern and immaculate. The rooms are spacious and luxurious all with air-con and fan. We were a party of 8 adults and 3 under 5's. There was plenty of room for all, and plenty of bathrooms too! We had a problem with the pool during our stay but one call to the owner and it was fixed without delay - amazing service!! The hot tub was an added bonus, and well used. We would all stay again, this place is a FIND!!

“Excellent does not do this Villa Justice it was everything we hoped for and more”
I took my family of 10 to this beautiful villa and we were'nt disappointed it was spotlessly clean and well equipped definatley a home from home. An excellant place for children of all ages. The beautiful beach is less than a10 minute walk away with plenty of bars and restaurants in and around the small port. There are two large supermarkets approx. 5 minutes away by car. I would advise hiring a car, although there is a regular bus service and the fares are very cheap approx. 2 euros each to Porta Banus. I can't say the same for the taxis though make sure you agree a price before you get in. Truely one of the best holidays we have had.

We have enjoyed a fantastic holiday at this villa. The villa exceeded our expectations, was well equipped and in a great location. The property is so comfortable we were reluctant to leave but it was only a short walk to Cabopino port and the beach - both of which boast great places to eat and drink. The property owner and management team were both beyond helpful and always available to answer queries and provide any assistance required or requested. We definitely want to return.
