This newly built south facing villa is located on the beach side only a 100 metres or so away from the sea. The pool and gardens are a sun trap but there is plenty of shade available if required.
The specification and furnishings are of an exceptional standard. The layout is ideal for a family or families wishing to share. Sea views, air-conditioning, private garden, broadband, door entry, security system, electric shutters, marble flooring, electric awnings and a heated swimming pool are only some of the features of this villa.
For the kids that get bored with the sunshine & beach there is a PS2 , XBOX 360 with a selection of games. There is also a selection of DVD's, books and other board games.
There is also a Jacuzzi on the first floor balcony. Cabopino Port is a 5 minute walk away. Here you have one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the coast, as well as a selection of wonderful restaurants.
The coast road is easily accessible and from here the cente of Marbella is a 10 minute drive , Puerto Banus a 20 drive & Gibraltar a 45 minute drive. In the opposite direction Malaga Airport is a 30 minute drive. The horse racing at the Hippodromo track is 20 minutes away.
No busy roads to cross to get to beach or Puerto Cabopino.

The property is very child friendly and the grounds are completely self contained. The ground floor terrace has 2 gates leading to the pool. These can be closed if guests have small children they wish to keep away from the heated pool.
The house is ideal for a family or group of families and friends wishing to share.
There are air conditioning units in the lounge, kitchen and all bedrooms except for the single bedroom (which has a fan). Ceiling fans are provided to all rooms. Three bedrooms have kingsize beds and patio doors leading to the sun terrace or balcony. One bedroom has 2 single beds and the 5th bedroom has another single bed. 2 travel cots are also provided. Fitted wardrobes with ample storage are provided to all but the single bedroom.
Two of the bedrooms and the family bathroom on the upper floor can be easily isolated from the rest of the villa by locking an internal door. This area effectively becomes a separate suite which still has access to all the facilities in the villa.
The lounge has 2 x 3 seater setees plus a single armchair. The dining area has a table with 6 chairs. There is a plasma tv in the lounge plus one in the master bedroom.
The luxurious kitchen with its granite surfaces has all the mod cons required to cook a hearty meal. A sandwich maker, electric grill, fresh juice maker & intergrated coffee maker are also provided.
Off the kitchen is a utility room which has a combined washing machine and tumble drier. An ironing board and iron are also provided. A separate freezer is also located here.
The villa is alarmed and this is linked back to a local security company. For additional security electrically operated external shutters are provided to patio doors and windows. A video door entry system operates the access to the villa.
Further details outdoors:
A lovely heated pool and a hot tub are available for your use. If required these are charged out at an extra £100 each per week. The pool heater is turned off at the beginning of June until the end of September. The hot tub comes with a built in light & stereo system that works with ipods.
There are 11 loungers, recliners and 3 parasols on the balcony and terrace. The villa boasts approximately 90m2 of terrace and balcony.
The lower terrace has two 3 seater comfy sofas and a 6 seater dining table plus a commercial sized bbq. A large drinks chiller is also provided on the terrace. For those who wish to stay fit a cross trainer is also provided for your use. This lower terrace is completely sheltered by the first floor balcony. 3 ceiling fans provide more refuge from the summer heat and sun. The gates on the terrace can be locked to keep small children away from the pool.
The upper balcony has 2 electrically operated toldos (awnings) plus the hot tub. Exotic palm trees and plants adorn the upper terrace.
There is plenty of external lighting on the terrace, balcony and the well stocked gardens. The garden area includes a variety of palm trees and lemon, orange, avacado and olive trees.
When the sun shines (over 300 days a year on average) the rear garden is bathed in sunshine from dawn to dusk.
A wc is located just off the ground floor terrace and an external shower is provided at the side of the pool.
Parking is accessed by 2 electric gates and 3 cars can be accommodated on the drives.
Long weekend stays considered.
The pool and hot tub heating are charged at £100 each per week. The pool heater is usually turned off at the beginning of June until the end of September as it is not generally required due to the temperature on the Costa Del Sol.
The Costa del Sol region
The Costa Del Sol is an extremely popular destination, and for good reason. There is miles and miles of beaches and towns from the busy and bustling to the quiet and peaceful.
With beautiful warm summers and mild winters it really is a year round destination for all types, from sun worshippers to golfers.
The Marbella / Cabopino area
The sand dunes of Cabopino beach are approximately 50 metres away. Cabopino Port is aproximately a 6 minute walk away. Da Brunos (Italian restaurant), Ranchos (steak house )and Jaipur Palace (Indian restaurant) are a 5 minute stroll away. Always book in advance. A 24 hour pharmacy is a 2 minute stroll away.

The nearest airport is Malaga airport. The distance to the airport is roughly 30 km, or a half hour drive. It is recommended that you have a car, though one can perfectly manage without one.

I can`t praise this villa enough particularly for its size,quality and location.The pool is excellent and a lovely warm temperature with plenty of garden furniture.Cabopino and its facilities are within comfortable walking distance so give it a try

I have just arrived home after 4 days at the villa which i stayed in with 11 of my friends for my hen do. The villa was absolutely amazing and couldnt have wished for better people than Paul and Lesley to deal with who were both fantastic.
Lesley greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the villa which was very spacious and extrememly clean. There was more than enough room to accomodate the 12 of us. Lesley gave us a telephone number which offered very cheap taxis to Puerto Banus and elsewhere. The transfer was also very cheap which Paul gave me the details for. Lesley had also stocked up on champagne for our arrival which was amazing. The bedrooms are3 very spacious and there are more than enough bathrooms... Even for 12 women!!!
I would definitely love to return in the near future and would like to thank Paul and Lesley for everything they have done for us. Both went above and beyond my expectations to give me an amazing hen do to remember.

The villa had ALL the creature comforts that you could wish for on holiday. The heated pool was well used as was the hot-tub. A member of our party had walking difficulties so the down stairs bedroom was of great benefit. There was lots of sun beds and umbrellas for the long hours of sunbathing, but plenty of comfy seating areas out of the sun. Some of us were almost tempted to use the cross trainer! Dealing with Paul made the booking process easy and he welcomed any feedback on the holiday. All in all, first rate.
Many thanks for the "First Rate" comment about the villa and its amenities. The ground floor bedroom with en-suite bathroon is indeed really useful for those guests with walking difficulties. I'm delighted that you found all up to standard and I will always act on guest feedback as I like my guests to return.

We are totally flexible depending on the arrival date. Remember the flights into and out of Malaga or Gibraltar are much cheaper during weekdays rather than weekends. We do however require guests to vacate the villa by 1000hrs on day of departure if we have incoming guests.
A £300 a week deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date. We also require a damage deposit of £1000, payable 48 hours prior to arrival. This will be repaid in full, assuming no major damage, within 48 hours of departure.Enquire now
