These are two new (2005), 3 bed, luxury apartments, a few minutes walk from the lovely beach at Las Dunas. They are in a residential area beside an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The garden apartment is especially popular with families with young children as it has a secure, private garden.

The duplex penthouse is more popular for families with older children or groups of adults. It benefits from a large and a smaller terrace and two (out of three) of the bedrooms are en suite.

Both apartments are furnished to a very high standard (DVD, HiFi, Playstation or XBox, etc). Each can comfortably accommodate six people.

The garden apartment has a double, master bedroom (en suite) and two twin rooms.

The penthouse apartment has a double, master bedroom (en suite) and two twin rooms. On of the twin rooms is upstairs and benefits from a separate terrace and an en suite. There are sea views from all the terraves.

Each has a large lounge/dining room with a dining table for six. There is a large terrace outside the lounge.

Each apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, etc.

Both of the apartments are set in a lovely, private complex with well maintained gardens. Carib Playa is a residential area, set in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Our guests always praise the quality of the pools and the fact that it is rarely busy. During the summer months there is a lifeguard in attendance.

For the comfort of all guests, ball games are not allowed in the pool area.

There are plenty of restaurants, beach bars and a supermarket within walking distance. The apartments are only fifteen minutes, by car, from the centre of Marbella.

The apartments are suitable for extended families, groups of family friends or groups of golfers.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol has long been a favourite destination because it offers clean beaches and unbeatable sunshine. Torremolinos generally attracts a younger crowd, with sweeping beaches, shopping centres and thriving discos. Fuengirola is a bit quieter more family-friendly. There are plenty of water sports on offer, and pedal-boats for the family to enjoy.

Marbella

The property is located in a new beach side development and just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 8 minute walk to Puerto Cabopino Marina and its restaurants and bars. A 15 minutes drive to Marbella . Puerto Banus or Fuengirola, 20 minutes direct via dual carriageway from apartment to Malaga Airport. The complex is in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the edge of a conservation area, sand dunes and sea. The apartment is overlooking a 9 hole golf course and is 5 minutes drive from some of the best courses on the Costa del Sol .
