This stunningly decorated corner townhouse is situated only a minutes walk from the golden sandy beach of Los Monteros in the front line beach development of Las Dunas de Bahia. An ideal base for family holidays this property has all the comforts for a memorable stay. Comprising of two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, all spacious and bright with ample storage. A further TV room with sofa bed allows for sleeping up to eight. The master ensuite has a dressing area and views down to the sea. A second bathroom tastefully decorated. The comfortable living area comprises of a dining and TV relax area, which leads out to the terrace and private garden. On the top floor you will find a kitchenette and large roof terrace with BBQ and spacious dining.

Direct access to the sandy beach of Los Monteros less than 1 minutes walk and you are in the sea.

Located approximately 35 minutes drive from Malaga airport on the east side of Marbella in the prestigious Bahia de Marbella urbanization. The property is situated in a secure and very well maintained development, with direct access to the beach and within walking distance to several beach restaurants where you can enjoy the fresh catch of the day, local speciality dishes and fine Spanish wines. Puerto Banus is 10 minutes by car, La Canada Shopping centre 5 minutes by car and Marbella centre 5 minutes by car. Local supermarket a couple of minutes

Impeccable communal grounds with lovely garden areas and a fantastic swimming pool. Life guard in the summer months. Totally gated community with 24hrs security guard. Direct access to the beach. Closet beach restaurant 2 minutes walk and beach club 5 minutes walk. Plus others a short walk further along the beach. Nearest supermarket, newspaper shop less than 5 minutes in car. Public hospital 2 minutes in car.

The Andalucia region

Most visitors flying into the province of Malaga are hugely unaware of the attractions and rich history of the city itself. In brief, originally Phoenician, then Roman until being taken by the Moors in 711 and becoming the port of the Kingdom of Granada until taken by the Christians in 1487.

Historical ruins include the Moorish palace (Alcazaba), a Roman theatre and the Gibralfaro Castle. Other places of interest include the Plaza de Toros, a botanic garden which started 150 years ago and the Cathedral which dates back to 1528. Malaga is the birthplace of Pablo Picasso and so you will find the Picasso Museum which has work donated by the artist's daughter in law.

The old town itself offers lovely plazas and narrow streets where you can discover traditional tapas bars and bodegas. Malaga is a fun city for shopping too, with many individual boutiques and shops plus of course the El Corte Ingles department stores.

Marbella, Malaga

With it's access to an endless stretch of sandy beaches, chiringitos (beach restaurants) and trendy beach clubs, Los Monteros playa offers the perfect setting for an ideal holiday.

Not only catering for beach lovers, a short 5 minutes drive to Marbella old town provides all the charm of a typical Andalucian village, unique shops, cafes and plazas where you can sit and watch the world go by. La Canada commercial park, also within only 5 minutes drive, offers all the facilities of a modern shopping centre from high street fashion, a supermarket, restaurants, ten-pin bowling and cinema.

Puerto Banus is only a few further minutes drive away, here you will find designer boutiques, international restaurants, bars and cafes. This is one of Europe's hot spots for celebrity spotting, million dollar yachts and luxury sports cars.

Renown as "Costa del Golf" for it's 60 plus golf courses, ranging from the Championship to more the forgiving. The golf season starts in October through to March. There is an abundance of water sports along the coast, including kite-surf in the low season. During the months of November to April the ski resort of Granada can be reached easily for a great day out on the slopes.

Without question there are endless options on how to spend your time when on holiday in Los Monteros Playa, Bahia de Marbella, on the Costa del Sol.

"Great villa, Great location .........What more could you want?"

"Una casa estupenda en la mejor urbanizacion de Bahia de Marbella"

Una casa estupenda en una urbanizacion muy recomendable. Practicamente en primera línea de playa y muy cerca de la piscina. Es perfecta para ir con niños. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy bien equipadas.

"A beautiful and well equipped villa with stunning views, and great access to the beach and local amenities"

Our family of 5 had a fantastic week at Las Dunas......... oh how we wish it could have been longer!
The villa is beautifully decorated and is set in a secure community which meant our 3 children (aged 3,5,7) were able to walk out the back gate to explore the large and attractive gardens without fear.
Being less than one minutes walk to the beach we could return home for lunch in the shade, and could take shoreline evening walks to the numerous local restaurants.
The beach is sandy and the shallow waters meant that the children were able to splash about in the edges to their heart's content.
We decided to eat in some nights and took maximum advantage of the roof top garden, equipped with a huge cushioned area; table and chairs and brick barbeque - the views up their are fabulous, with the sea to south, the mountains to the north and the lights of Puerto Banus and Marbella to the West. Perfect setting for enjoying a glass of rioja!
We were well attended by the property manager who was on the line to answer any questions we had and provided useful information about the local area and places of interest such as historic 'Rhonda'
All in all, a brilliant place for a holiday, (with or without the kids) and we're now saving up for a return trip!
