This ground floor apartment was completed in April 2002 and is furnished to a very high standard and all main rooms are air conditioned.It stands in lovely mature gardens and has 2 communal swimming pools-one being suitable for small children.
Each bedroom-one double and one twin bedded have their own full bathroom. In addition a double sofa bed is provided in the lounge diner.
The lounge diner seats 6 in comfort and main UK TV Channels are provided ie BBC/ITV and a selection of other UK channels through the internet which is complimentary. In February 2014 there were major satellite changes so UK is not available by this system any more and you are advised to check provision of UK TV before booking any place on the Costa Del Sol as some may not have upgraded their systems.
The famous port of Cabopino with its famous restaurants is a 12/15 minute walk away as are the large sandy beaches which even includes a nudist section!! The apartment complex is next to the Cabopino golf course.
In front of the apartment is a small commercial centre which includes a very useful shop selling papers/cards/beach goods and basic foods and drinks.In addition to this there is Caboipno Pizza an excellent eat in or eat out Pizza restaurant..
High chair and cot facilities can be hired if required.

The apartment has all the equipment needed to make one's holiday enjoyable including dishwasher,washing machine and fridge freezer.
A modern TV with UK MAIN CHANNELS is provided with DVD. There is also a CD player and radio.
The apartment also has internet access which is complimentary with a download speed of 3Mps. This also provides the TV as in February 2-014 all the satellites were changed and UK TV cannot be legally sourced by such a system anymore.
Hot and cold air conditioning is provided in the the lounge diner and bedrooms.
Each bathroom has a heated towel rail.

The large terrace overlooks the gardens and swimming pools and is furnished with sun loungers and outside table and chairs.
There are also sun beds and parasols around the pool and have been provided by the complex's community for guest's use..
Opposite the apartment.complex there is a useful shop supplying papers and other essentials including food. An excellent Pizza restaurant is located in the same building.
The property isavailable to rent all year.Changeover days are normally Saturdays but can be varied in negotiation with the owner.
Bookings are secured by a £100 per week deposit with final monies due 8 weeks prior to holiday commencement.Full receipts are given with all payments and all bookings are made with the owner.

The Andalucia region
The Costa del Sol is famous for it's all year round climate and offers a superb choice for those seeking beach and golf holidays.
Though on the coast a short drive into the hills will take you into tradtional Andalucia with the white washed villages of Ojen, Istan and Mijas.
Day trips to Ronda, Seville and Granada are all possible as is Gibraltar
The area is well served with good quality restaurants and there are many attractions for all the family including water parks, theme parks, zoos, golf and water sports.
About 15 minutes drive from the apartment is the famous La Canada shopping centre with famous shops including Zara and also a vast cinema complex. A further 10 minutes and one arrives at the famous resort of Puerto Banus.

"Most enjoyable weekend."
The apartment is in a small complex close to bars and a short down hill walk to the beach and small marina. (you can get a taxi back up if you feel you can't walk back as there is a well placed taxi rank at the marina) Ideal for families and groups. We stayed as part of a golfing group and found the accommodation ideal. The pool area, which is safe and secure was used every day after our round of golf. We would certainly use this accommodation again if available.

"Home from home"
Lovely, well equipped apartment in perfect location. Ideal if you are looking for somewhere to escape to and relax. Cabopino is a quiet port with a section of bars and restaurants and Marbella and numerous golf courses are just minutes away. Hope to go back soon.

this was our 4th visit to adrian's apartment. it's light, bright and well equipped. it's ground floor position is ideal with access to the garden and pool. the location of the apartment is perfect with a small shop and pizzeria close by, da bruno's restaurant nearby and the beach, marina and more restaurants a short walk away. we love it here and can't wait to return!

"Great apartement, Great location, Highly recommended!!"
This was our second stay at this apartement, and we have already booked for next year. Cabopino is a little gem on the Costa Del Sol. Within walking distance are many restaurants offering various cuisines. The beach is 5 minutes away with a greart beach bar / restaurant. The small harbour is great for food,drink or just boat watching! Local golf course well looked after and challenging!! Recommend a car as the iother resorts, Puerto Banus, and even Gibralter are within short drives. Great access also to the mountains surrounding the coast. As for the apartement itself, right next to pool, very clean and well maintained, decorated tastefully. Really can't recommend highly enough!!

"wonderful peaceful setting"
This is our first time in this appt. We had a great week. It's far enough away from the buzz to be really peaceful but close enough to walk in 10 minutes. The restaurents were really good especially da Bruno's. The pool was really nice and never overcrowded. The appt is really well laid out and has eveything you could need. I would definitely consider staying there again if in this area.

"Fabulous well appointed apartment in a great location."
We have had several great family holidays now at Adrians apartment and they have all been thouroughly enjoyable.The apartment is so well equipped, in a great peaceful location but so near to a fabulous beach and wonderful restaurants. Adrian really does give a great service from beginning to end and his apartment really does tick all the boxes.

"Well equipped apartment"
My family and I have stayed at this apartment about three times now. We love the fact that it's a ground floor apartment and you can access the pool from the apartment's garden/patio. It's a great location and far enough away from the coastal road to be peaceful. The pool area has loungers - so you dont have to take your own to the pool. It's a short walk to the beach. In some apartments we have rented, after every rental the managing agent tends to get rid of all of the food. This means that when you stay there you have to buy such necessities as cooking oils, salt, pepper, aluminium foil, cling film etc - even though you know you are only going to use a fraction of it! In this apartment the food/materials are not cleared out. There is just an expectation that when you use something up that you will replenish it. This works very well indeed.
