ice and quiet two bedroom apartment in a closed community. Garden level with terrace set in 5,000 m² of outstanding tropical gardens of Eden Hill, Reserva de Marbella. Close to the beach and close to restaurants, bars, shopping centers and just 10 minutes drive from the centre of Marbella. Málaga airport can be reached within half an hour. Golf courses are in the area.
One bedroom has a double bed; the other two single beds. The main swimming pool is very large set among lush tropical gardens, with a small children's pool. The subtropical gardens are lush and well maintained with a pond and fountains, outstanding even for the Costa del Sol. There is a barbecue place where you can enjoy an evening with friends, or just with the family. The apartment features air conditioning and heating, an open fireplace, marble floors throughout, Satellite TV , DVD Player , fully equipped kitchen, as well as washing machine and dryer.

Marbella is a city and municipality in southern Spain, belonging to the province of Málaga in the autonomous community of Andalusia. It is part of the region of the Costa del Sol.
Marbella is situated on the Mediterranean Sea, between Málaga and the Gibraltar Strait, in the foothills of the Sierra Blanca.
It is one of the most important tourist cities of the Costa del Sol and throughout most of the year is an international tourist attraction, due mainly to its climate and tourist infrastructure.
Marbella is protected on its northern side by the coastal mountains of the Cordillera Penibética and so enjoys a microclimate with an average of 2,900 hours of sunshine a year.

From Marbella you can make many interesting daytrips to places like Granada, Sevilla, Ronda, Tarifa, Gibraltar, Nerja...
Reserva de Marbella is a residential area with villas and appartments.
The nearest beach is about 2,5km , which will take between 5 and 8 minutes by car.
Walking would take about 15 minutes, but to really profit from Marbella it is strongly recommended to rent a car.
There are restaurants and an OpenCor market at about 1km, but then Marbella offers an almost unlimited choice of restaurants and bars.
In the city center you have to see the old twon, with the Plaza de los Naranjos, and a bit farther the famous Puerto Banus.
The area offers any amenities like golf, tennis, and horseback riding
