Beach villa Costanera in Marbella close to the beach, between Las Chapas and Los Monteros in Costabella urbanization with all possible extras - perfect for a family and friends. Fully renovated mansion goes over two levels and offers a living room with American kitchen and big windows front with leads to the nice garden and pool area. There are 5 bedrooms. First bedroom has a doublebed, second and third bedrooms which each has two separate beds. Fourth bedroom is on the second floor, it has a large doublebed and there is also second bedroom has 1 separate beds. There is 3 a bathroom with a toliet, a bidet and a shower. Villa is built in andalusian style with large patio in the centre. There is a dining table in the patio for eating and hanging out outside. Parking lots-2, (1)BBQ, (1)BBQ-gas,swimming pool with salted water (no chemicals). internet WI-FI 200Mb/s, IPTV all EU-US-RU,DVD(USB host). Close to restaurants and a supermarkets: OpenCor, SuperSol, Lidl, Mercadona. If you like golf, not far include the Santa Clara Golf-7km and more golf. HEATED POOL ON REQUEST EVEN DURING WINTER MONTHS (28-30°С)! THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE HEATED POOL. THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE HEATED POOL . How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jev (the owner) a message.

If Jev (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
