The Andalucia region

Cabopino is one of the best addresses in Marbella and probably Spain, with its miles and miles of blue flag sandy beaches, and top class fish, Italian, Spanish infact every type of restaurant within the picture postcard Port and just a short trip into Marbella.

Marbella's motto is "A Way of Life" and, certainly, this luxurious resort town seems to have it all and is, once again, rising to the fore as a favourite location with the rich and famous, as well as more ordinary folk who are willing to pay just a little bit extra for southern Spain's answer to St Tropez.

With Rhonda, Granada, Cordoba and Seville all connected by the new toll roads you can now really explore the region of Andalucia. Gibraltar is also just 50 minutes from Marbella and well worth a day trip to the island.

This luxury villa is just 15 min walk from Puerto Cabopino, one of the Costa del Sols best kept secrets, miles and miles of pristine beaches, a port where the millionaires Moore their motor yachts, some of the best restaurants and bars for miles.

With loads of space both inside and outside the property, you will have a choice of a relaxing evening on the sofa with a glass of wine or al fresco dining with your family and friends.

Marbella, Malaga

Costa del sol is one of the most popular destinations for the holiday maker throughout Europe because of its warm even climate all year long, even in Winter you can have a beach day.

Founded by the Romans, occupied by the Arabs and finally conquered by the Spanish Catholic Kings, Marbella draws upon a deep sense of history and rich cultural influences - evident in the local cuisine, architecture, art and music. Close by, the vibrant cities of Seville, Granada and Cordoba offer intriguing options for day excursions during your holiday.

So much more than just a city, Marbella symbolizes a lifestyle that is both electrifying and deeply restorative. Long stretches of white sand beaches, superb golfing, exclusive international and local boutiques, dynamic restaurants & nightclubs and a vivid social life all contribute to the never-ending opportunities to play, relax and indulge oneself.

"Nice villa severely let down by behaviour of "owner""

The Villa was very nice and as described. Gardens and pool were also very nice. The local area was not as nice as expected. The walk to the port was on roads with no pavements, which could be consider… More

Sarah told me her group would not arrive until 9pm, I sent her an email saying, because she arrived late, if she wanted to send me a shopping list through, I would go shopping for her, I told her in my many emails there would be a charge of 20 euros for the shopping service, but because we know the best shops, we usually save this much at least. Sarah sent me a long shopping list for 9 people, with some products not available in every supermarket like soya milk, peroni beer, I went to 4 different shops to get all the shopping. She also ask for some beauty products for the girls that I got. and BBQ packs from the Irish Butchers (I told her the Irish butchers was a little more expensive than the super market, but worth the extra) she said fine..

Towards the end of her holiday I asked her to leave the 70 Euros grocery shopping money that I paid on the side before she left.
She said her friends were chartered accountants and thought 70 euros for grocery shopping for 9 people was a little more than she wanted to pay, if I did not produce all the receipts, they would not leave the money, she also told me she would be leaving certain things they didn't use and would not be paying for those items. I told her and her chartered accountant friend to forget the money, if she gave it me now I would only give it to charity.

She later asked me if they could stay in the villa an extra 6 hours after they should have checked out, because she refused to pay me the money that was owed to me without seeing all the receipts. I told her she could not stay any longer than stated on the contract. I turned up at 11am to check them out. knew then I would receive a bad review.

Sarah and her group landed at Malaga airport 9 pm. The villa is a 25 minute drive, I waited for them at the villa, they arrived (some so drunk they were sat on the pavement out of the car) just before midnight, I asked why they did not phone me to tell me they would be late, they just giggled and said they had phone problems.

When I let them into the villa to show them around (they were so happy with all the shopping I had got and put away for them) I told one of the boys how to work the electric pool cover, he was a little drunk, all you do is turn a key, 2 days later they told me the key was so rusty it just broke, that wasn't true.

After I asked them for the money they owed me, they just bombarded me with things they would not pay for. And kept telling me they were all Chartered Accountants and Solicitor's to try and scare me.

Sarah also transferred the balance of her payment short by apx 70 euros, I told her this in an email 6 weeks before she arrived, and said she could pay me when she arrived, she did not.I had to deduct this from her deposit, so I can not see why she has put this in her review.

If anybody reading this review, and my response would, like to see any of the emails I send to all my clients and Sarah regarding.
1. costs for extras we provide i.e. shopping or pool.
2. the email I sent Sarah regarding her balance being paid short.
3. the shopping list in question that 9 people refused to pay 20 euros (2 euro 22 cents each)
then please feel free to email me and I will send you.

I think an attack on someone's business, making there reviews status from 5/5 to 1/5 is wrong and should be challenged by Trip advisor.

I have facts and emails to back up everything I have responded to. I tried to copy/paste the emails from me to Sarah and her to me, so everyone can see that Sarah is either lying or just did not read any of the 20 or so emails we sent to each other. But trip advisor will not allow things to be copy/paste on the replies.

If you are thinking of renting one of our villas and have read this review, please take the time to read other reviews been left over the past 6 years. We have never had a bad review, and to get one so bitter over 2 euros 22 cents really does make you think.
