A fabulous modern two bedroom apartment located in heart of the luxury development of El Campanrio, located 5 km from the world famous Puerto Banus, and just 10 km from the bustling town of Estepona. The complex is built in a terracotta Moorish/Andalucían style surrounded by lush, mature tropical gardens with three lagoon like swimming pools and also with a children's play pool, sunbeds and showers.

The location is superb, you are walking distance (5 mins) to the fashionable bars, popular cafes and excellent varied restaurants plus shops and other amenities at Centro Commercial Diana. The beach is also close-by, over the footbridge of the main road, perhaps a 20 minutes walk from the apartment or just a few minutes in the car

El Campanrio is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends wanting to escape the crowds but still have the comfort of having niceties and great facilities nearby, a car is certainly not essential to enjoy your time here.

The development is private and gated with a 24 hour security guard. Car parking is secure inside the complex.

The bonus of this development is the possible use of the facilities at the El Campanario Golf & Country Club which is directly opposite the front entrance to the apartment complex. By becoming a short-term family member (fees are weekly) you have unlimited access without additional charges to use the 9 hole golf course, the paddle and tennis courts, the gym, sauna, spa (treatments are extra), indoor swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool and relax in the exclusive sun terrace and gardens. (For the avoidance of doubt these facilities are separate from the apartment complex which has three outdoor swimming pools for your use.) The club house bar and restaurant is open every day to the general public. These wonderful facilities at El Campanario truly make it a 5* all-year round holiday destination!


The apartment is furnished in modern neutral tones giving a bright and airy feel. The spacious open plan living area has two comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV with UK free to air channels, plus there is a formal dining area with seating for 4, although you will undoubtedly eat out on the terrace. A large set of patio doors from the living area provides access to the fabulous covered terrace with stunning views to the Mediterranean tropical gardens and swimming pool below.

There is a modern fully fitted kitchen with a large hatch opening out to the lounge, and has quality appliances including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooker, hob and washing machine in the separate utility room.

There are two bedrooms, the master has a kingsize double bed and patio doors on to the terrace plus has an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and patio doors on to its own small private terrace. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe and cupboard space.

There is a large seperate family bathroom/WC.

A single fold out z-bed is available to accommodate a 5th person.

The large impressive terrace is south-west facing so enjoys the afternoon and evening sunshine and overlooks the lush communal gardens and one of the lagoon swimming pools. It is completely private and not overlooked, perfect for al fresco dining and enjoying a beer or a cool glass of wine at the end of a tough day by the pool or a busy day sight-seeing. There is a large patio table with seating for 5 plus a Moroccan style bench seat with cushions. Access to the terrace is from the lounge or the master bedroom. There is a small second terrace to the front of the apartment which is accessed from the second bedroom.

El Campanario has three communal pools, this apartment is located right in the middle of the complex and just steps away from one of these pools. Sunbeds are available for guests use. Showers and toilet facilities are also by the pools.

The swimming pools are surrounded by well maintained mature tropical gardens with stepping stones walkways and decorative bridges, to wander around at leisure.

El Campanario is gated so children can play safe (obviously adult guidance needed around the pool and water areas. )

There is plenty of car parking inside the complex. A guard operates the front gates 24 hours a day.
