Arriving at our penthouse, guests will feel immediately at home as soon as the electric gates to the underground car park open before them. Set in lush sub-tropical and beautifully maintained gardens, you immediately feel a sense of calm and tranquility. The two tier pool is just as wonderful to sit by as it is to jump in and cool-off on a hot day. The gardens themselves provide lots of natural shade to escape the midday sun.
Upon entering the Penthouse, guest are greeted by a small entrance hall that then leads in to the spacious dining and lounge area. Here guests can dine at the 6 seater table or relax on the large leather sofa and armchair. A modern LCD TV with UK Freeview channels is provided for your comfort. From the lounge you can access the large main terrace that overlooks the main pool area and gardens. There is an outside table and further seating for 6 people where you can sit and enjoy the sun or dine al fresco. From here you can climb the external staircase to the extremely large (100sq/m), secluded roof solarium, where there is a BBQ area and sun loungers to enjoy. The views from here are breathtaking with sea views of a large expanse of coast and (on a clear day) the Moroccan coastline.
The master bedroom with it's kingsize bed also enjoys direct access to the main terrace, has fully fitted wardrobes and it's own ensuite bathroom with shower cubicle. The 2nd bedroom offers two single beds, fitted wardrobes and a Juliet balcony with double doors. The Main bathroom has a bath, with shower above. The fully fitted modern kitchen offers fully fitted appliances including an oven, hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Parties of 6 can make use of the sofa bed that has a fully functional fold-out double in the lounge area.
The complex is situated no more than 50m from the entrance to the Los Flamingos golf complex and guests can also enjoy a meal or a drink at the nearby 5 star Villa Padierna hotel (this is where Michelle Obama stayed). The Spa here is considered to be one of the best in the whole of Spain for anyone wanting to pamper themselves properly!
The nearest shops (including a large supermarket) , bars and restaurants, banks, etc can be found just 1km (12 minute walk or 2 minute drive) away. The beach at Cancelada is approx 2km (about 20-25 mins walk or 5 minutes drive). The beaches of Estepona and San Pedro are all within a 10-15 minute drive. Those wanting to enjoy a 5 star beach experience with luxurious sun beds, pool and sunbed drinks service should check out the Puro Beach club at the Laguna Beach shopping village.

The Andalucia region
Marbella enjoys a pleasant Mediterranean climate all year round, with bright sunny days for the greater part of the year.
The combination of mountainous peaks of the Sierra Blanca terrain together with the coastline ensures a very mild winter with an average maximum temperature of 22.8º C and a minimum of 13º C.
Summers are dry and hot and can reach temperatures that go well into the 30's. Fortunately due to low humidity, the heat is comfortable and not sticky or overbearing.

"Fabulous spacious apartment - highly recommended"
Myself and three friends spent a lovely week in the penthouse from end of September to beg of October 2014. Apartment was very spacious and clean with two good size bedrooms and pull out sofa, lovely terrace with outdoor dining area and sunloungers, and a roof terrace! we even got the BBQ going. The apartment has a lovely outlook onto the pool which is beautifully landscaped. There were plenty of clean towels, bedlinen, and everything you could need in the kitchen. We didn't need to use the aircon much due to the slightly cooler evenings, but it was great the one day we needed it.
The lady downstairs, Brenda, helped us get into the grounds on the first day and provided some very helpful restaurant recommendations. The parking is very secure though does involve quite a steep ramp, like much of the underground parking in Spain.
The owners provided a lot of information prior to our visit which we found really helpful and were very prompt in responding to any queries we had.
We liked the gourmet fare in Benahavis, about a fifteen minute drive. Within walking distance of the apartment we found a couple of nice restaurants in the small village of Cancelada, which the owner Adam had suggested, and within a few minutes drive could be at the beach clubs relaxing with a drink over the other side of the A7 thoroughfare. There is a supermarket a few minutes drive down the hill, or a larger Carrefour at Estepona, slightly further down the A7.
There was a young man below our apartment playing loud music one evening, thankfully this stopped after a short time.
All in all we had a great, relaxing week and really liked our stay at the apartment, which was great value and I will be recommending to friends and family.

"It is a very beautiful, big and clean appartement with a very nice garden and pool."
The price is ok, you get back the deposit.
We were very saisfied with this appartement.We had two bathrooms, a big livingroom and a kitchen, two big terraces. The new apparement is very niceful.

"Great value for money"
4 guys looking a week in Marbella and Puerto Banus. We had a great time, everyone was friendly, especially Brenda! Overall it was great value for money. We didn't rent a car as we weren't out to visit the area, we just got taxis out to marbella and Puerto Banus at night. They ranged from 20-25 euro. The only problem was that the nearest supermarket is a 20 minute walk. But we managed to do a few 'big' shops which worked for us. All in all we had a great time - and we would recommend this apartment to anyone as it is great value for money.

We regularly travel to the same area in Marbella and this was by far the best accommodation we have had- location was excellent, apartment lovely, beautiful sea views and a lovely welcome from Brenda.

"I cannot fault this excellent penthouse, the complex or Mr Cornwells organisation."
From our first contact to enquire about the holiday we were treated as customers should be. Nothing was too much trouble. We had to change our dates after our initial booking and this was done with a minimum of fuss and at no charge. We were furnished with reams of information, maps to the complex from Malaga airport, pictures of the penthouse and complex, routes to the local village and beaches, as well as a list of about six restaurants in the area, all of which we used and were first class. Deposit and final payments were easy to transfer with a minimum of fuss. As the holiday drew near we were given precise and easy instructions on who to contact on arrival and we were shown into a parking space in the underground car park. This was a godsend as the car was safe and always cool to start your journey. There is a lift from the car park to the penthouse front door so no lugging heavy cases for long distances. The English lady who lives on the ground floor looks after the property and is always on hand in case of problems and is most helpful with advice if it is your first visit. The apartment has large bedrooms and lounge as well as everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. It has a tv which picks up all the english channels if this is your cup of tea. It also has two bathrooms and plenty of bedding, towels and utensils in the kitchen if you want to cook in, as we did once or twice. On the lounge/ bedroom level there is a wide veranda which is great for eating out on. On the roof there is a sun deck about the size of a tennis court with sun loungers and a barbecue. The complex has two pools, shallow for children and a deeper one for adults which is joined together by a waterfall. These are surrounded by lush vegitation giving you plenty of shade to sit under on the plentiful sunloungers. It is essential that you have a car as there are no shops or restaurants within easy walking distance but the village is a five minute drive as are two supermarkets and some wonderful stretches of beach. Each morning we had a long walk beside the sea, coffee in a beachside cafe, bought freshly baked bread from the village and returned to our apartment for lunch and an afternoon of sunbathing. Just perfect.

"Luxury apartment, well recommended"
We loved our stay here. It was well-organised, massive and so clean and tidy. The apartment complex itself is beautiful, we loved just sitting out on a night in the peace and quiet and enjoying being away from home. We hired a car form the airport, which in the dark was perhaps a mistake! But we got there in the end, perhaps if you stay get flights that land in the daytime as it is easy to find. We loved Tikitano beach restaurant and Pepes beach bar. It was well located for Estepona and a trip into the mountains. It was one of the best holidays we've been on. Highly recommended to anyone in need of a sun holiday!

"Excellent stay would return again"
I have just returned from this apartment and it was fantastic and great value for money,we didn't rent a car as we only stayed for a long weekend ,but it was easy to get to places and the location and area was lovely.There is also a lovely lady called Brenda who lived in the apartment below,she was very helpful and recommended us some lovely places to go.
The pool area is lovely too and very peaceful . The whole apartment was very spacious, we were worried on the size as there were 6 adults in our party but when we arrived we were amazed on the size and condition of the apartment .
We couldn't ask for more ,a fantastic place to stay. :)

"Excellent Apartment in good location"
We have just returned from Jardine del Albaicin; the booking process with holiday lettings and the owner was easy and efficient. The owner promptly answered any questions we had and was so helpful. The pack we received once booked was very informative and the directions to the apartment were excellent. On arrival the owner's host met with us and made us feel very welcome and showed us around and answered any questions we had. The apartment is of a high spec and the furnishings lovely. The apartment was also immaculately clean. It has a lovely large patio and roof terrace and we made use of the BBQ a couple of nights. The pool area is great, with plenty of sunbeds - the pool is great for kids and adults. The location is good, but would recommend a car as the nearest supermarket and restaurants are all about 5-10 mins drive away. Would recommend the local village of Cancelada (5 mins in the car) which has some lovely spanish restaurants which are not too expensive, together with some friendly spanish bars. The beach is a 10 minute drive away which also has some nice restaurants on the front. Puerto Banus is a 15 minute drive away. I cannot speak highly enough of the owner, his host on site and the apartment - we had a lovely holiday in a fantastic apartment and would recommend to all.

As a group of friends getting away to Marbella for a long weekend, we wanted to stay somewhere near to Puerto Banus, but not have to pay the high prices. This apartment was perfect. It was really spacious and nicely decorated and the balcony and sun terrace were ideal. The pool area was peaceful and a real sun trap. The Orange Square and the night life were about a twenty euro trip in a taxi. Taxi's weren't easy to book from the apartment but Brenda, one of the residents was extremely helpful and always happy to book one for us. The supermarket was a twenty minute walk away and there was everything you would need in the apartment to be self-sufficient. There isn't much to do locally so if you are staying for a week or so, a car may be helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment and I hope to go back!
