Fully fitted kitchen (with granite worktops) and utility room. Upstairs master suite has magnificent cathedral ceiling, dressing area and large ensuite with walk in shower and jacuzzi. There are 3 terraces and a Juliette balcony in one bedroom. There is a dining terrace off the lounge and 2 terraces off the master bedroom, one is used as the main sun terrace with lounge beds. There is also a gas Weber barbeque and gas patio heater. Magnificent views from the main terraces and you can see the sun rise whilst laying in bed. You can also see the snow on the Siera Nevada in the winter season. WiFi within the apartment.

"Perfect apartment with amazing views"

I travelled with 5 of my friends looking for a relaxing time during the day with plenty of night life on an evening. This apartment provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. A very spacious apartment fitted with all the essentials (AC, cooker, Iron, washing machine, TV, WIFI). We were originally told it would take 40 minutes and cost us around 90 euros to head to Puerto Banus for the night life, this wasn't the case. The main bars were 20 minutes away and the cost was only 35 euros per taxi, so was a perfect distance to relax during the day in the peace and quiet. The views and surroundings were outstanding and offered a beautiful view from every angle of the apartment.There were 5 pools available to us all of which were clean and well looked after. I would definitely recommend renting a car for the visit as the apartment is not a walkable distance from any shops/bars. Deposit was returned within 48 hours of arrival back in the UK. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay.

For clarification for future renters, there is an excellent Bar/Restaurant that is walkable and within the development called El Soto de Marbella Clubhouse that has excellent reviews on Trip Advisor. There are also 2 other bars/restaurants, Kudu Bar and Altitude (both within walking distance) and both have excellent reviews on Trip Advisor. There is also a large selection of bars/restaurants/supermarkets in Elviria a 5 minute drive away. We are very fortunate being in a peaceful location surrounded by nature yet close to all amenities and all the action if required.

"A fabulous apartment in a wonderful location with five pools"

We were looking for somewhere to relax in the sun, with a pool and somewhere our teenagers would be occupied. This fabulous apartment ticked all the boxes and having spend a fantastic week there, we can say it surpassed all our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. There were five pools we could use - nearly one for every day of the week! The pools were brilliant and were perfectly clean. The surrounding gardens are stunning and there is plenty of space if you are looking for a quiet corner. The apartment is wonderful; fully fitted with all mod cons, (even a kettle for those English cups of tea - often lacking in holiday apartments) , and three bathrooms to avoid that race for the shower after a day in the sun. There is a large TV on the wall (so we did not miss the Olympics) with all the English channels. We have stayed in at least ten apartments and 'gites' in Europe and this was one of the best, without doubt. The surrounding area is lovely and on evening walks to the 'El Soto' golf club for a drink or a meal, we saw many lizards and on one occasion a tree frog. The golf club provides very good food and drinks at reasonable prices, and we enjoyed BBQ night on the Sunday. A huge Thank You to the owners for making this such an amazing holiday.

Thanks for your comments which confirms what we thought when we first visited and subsequently bought our apartment after viewing so many along the coast. We are also fascinated by the lizards but future renters please be assured they are only small and run away as soon as they see you and quite harmless!! They do NOT come into the apartment.

"Luxury in Elviria"

Stunning penthouse apartment that is every bit as nice as the photos suggest. Stayed here for a week in May for a relaxing do nothing break and this was the perfect venue. Pool areas are well manicured with ample sun beds and there was hardly anyone else using whilst we were there. The apartment is on a lovely complex which is up a steep road (car a must) but its really only a short drive to many restaurants and supermarkets. There is also a clubhouse on the complex which serves lovely meals (and cocktails) and the owners are very friendly. Thanks again Sue and Gary for renting us your apartment and for the speedy return of breakage deposit.
