CLIMATE:This climate is due to its unique geographical situation, namely the mountains which surround Marbella, the Sierra Blanca and the Concha, visible from the entire area. Allied to the position of its coastal inlet, the effect is to shelter the town from the northern winds, allowing it to enjoy a special microclimate unique in the world and one which has become one of its great tourist attractions.
The annual average temperature is around 18.5º C, with 320 days of sunshine a year.
MARBELLA´S OLD TOWN: It is one of the most beautiful of its kind in Andalucía. It is a magnificently preserved area with narrow, white streets and floral balconies where, along with a wide range of establishments.
MARINAS: In its 27,4 kilometers of coastline, Marbella has 4 marinas:
The Marbella Marina with 377 moorings, situated in the centre of the region.
A few meters away is the port of Marina la Bajadilla with 268 moorings.
The picturesque Puerto de Cabopino with 169 moorings and a large number of restaurants, bars and a variety of shops.
And, of course, there's Puerto José Banús which is, par excellence, Marbella's major marina, with 915 moorings for all types of yachts and pleasure boats as well as large numbers of restaurants, bars, discotheques, luxury shops and shopping centers.
Puerto José Banús is par excellence the largest and most famous marina in Marbella. Built in 1968 by José Banús, the property developer, it is the best yacht marina built in Spain. It is one of the most famous landmarks of the city, with 915 berths for all types of yachts and craft. It also offers visitors a wide variety of restaurants, bars, discos, boutiques, etc.
The marina is in addition equipped with major nautical services and represents the first sports and pleasure centre of the municipality.
Tradition: One of the most beautiful and best-preserved historical centres anywhere in Andalucía is the jewel called Plaza de Los Naranjos (Orange Square), where the 16th Century Town Hall building is located. The lively and popular San Bernab Festival, the impressive Semana Santa (Holy Week)...

"High-quality accommodation in great location"
Very high standard of accommodation in a fantastic location 200m from the beach. Comfortable beds, great showers and very well fitted kitchen. Huge balcony.
Great position half way between Puerto Banus and Marbella centre and just off golden mile - also great restaurants and supermarkets near by.
Good swimming pools in complex though with limited space around them - use the beach.
